He quickly came to a diagnosis after reviewing NHS test results and ordered several more tests to confirm this. He explained in great detail what was causing the issue, the treatment options I could take, his preferred option, and the likely longterm outcome of each treatment path. On the follow up consultation, post test results, he was again very easy to talk to, didn't rush me in any way and helped me choose the next steps that were suitable for me.
