Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

I found. Mr Mudussar Abram Ahmad very easy to talk to he made me feel very comfortable and he acted swiftly, getting me some physio as my knee has not quite healed quite as he would like it to be.

Dr. Mughal was extremely knowledgable and understanding. A good communicator, he really helped me understand the detail of my knee problem. I appreciated his talk-through of the ultrasound scan as it was being done.

I found meeting Dr. Buddhev tremendously reassuring and, while we accessed him via our private health insurance, I'd do it again and pay for it myself twice over for the peace of mind and understanding the consultation brought. It was genuinely the first time in the process we knew exactly what was going on, what was about to happen and what the consequences of these things meant in the long-run.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
