Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I had a satisfactory medical appointment with Dr. Graham-Lawton but encountered significant issues during the billing process and with staff communication. Despite having an agreement on fees, I was billed at a much higher rate, not covered by my insurance due to the discrepancy. Efforts to resolve this were met with unprofessional responses, including a concerning threat to share my personal details over the disputed charge. Persistent communication eventually led to the acknowledgment of their mistake, but regrettably too late for insurance claims, adversely affecting my financial situation. Furthermore, my requests to submit formal feedback were denied, and I was incorrectly informed that the Doctor does not use Doctify, which contradicted my findings. This experience has unfortunately led me to question the practice's integrity, especially regarding its billing practices, staff professionalism, and transparency in patient feedback
