Dr Kosutic is extremely knowledgeable in his given field and provided all the answers to the questions I had. Dr Kosutic also advised on what my surgery would consist of and also made me aware of any risks or post surgery complications that could occur as a result of my surgery. I'm lucky to have had such a good surgeon!

Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. Professor Miranda saw me on a "see and treat" basis for removal of a sebaceous cyst where the procedure was carried out in the same visit as the initial consultation. He explained the procedure and its possible side effects very clearly as well as the aftercare plan. He is really reassuring, professional and approachable and my questions were answered clearly in full and at no point did I feel that any question I asked was a silly question. I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Miranda to anyone requiring similar treatment.
