Ms Lena C Andersson

Ms Lena Andersson is a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon at The Harley Street Clinic and is Founder and Medical Director of the well established Anelca Clinic, also on London's Harley Street.

Ms Andersson completed her medical degree at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden in 1993. She later completed her specialist training in Plastic Surgery at a number of renowned institutes, including University Hospital Linkoeping, the University Hospital of Zurich as well as centres in the USA. Following her training, she was appointed as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London and the Royal London Hospital. During this time she also opened her private practice, Anelca Clinic

At the Anelca Clinic, Ms Andersson works closely with other specialist surgeons with expertise in various medical specialties, including maxillofacial surgery and hand surgery. She is dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life through providing high quality healthcare and expert aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.

She has several years of experience performing reconstructive surgical procedures for the treatment of trauma and burns, skin malignancies and breast conditions in adults. She also has special interests in paediatric plastic reconstructive surgery, in particular the management of acute injuries (e.g., burns and soft tissue damage) in children. She also offers a range of aesthetic treatments, including: facial rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty, lip enhancements/reductions and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
