I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

All procedures were on time as much as possible Staff was friendly and helpful

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

The Priory North London has saved my life! I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”
