The experience I had was 2nd to none.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.
