Mr Lunawat was amazing, very friendly, informative and couldn’t have done anymore to resolve the medical issue any quicker. It took just 6 days from the first consultation with Mr Lunawat to then having the surgery. Before meeting him we had been waiting 4mths on the NHS and despite it being noted as urgent 4mths earlier we still didn’t receive a date for the surgery on the NHS. Going private with such a great consultant was the best money we’ve ever spent.

Excellent urologist. Down to earth bedside manner. Listened carefully to my concerns. Very sensible in his approach and plan. Flexible cystoscopy painless and quick. Highgate hospital very nice staff and set up there.

Mr Turner was a charming gentleman, very professional in listening to my concerns, answering questions, and finally making recommendations which will be most helpful. I would commend anyone with a urological problem to consult him. They will be delighted to have met him, and had a professional consultation.

Dr Andrich is in every way a superb surgeon clinician and diagnostician. But above all she involves her patient fully with detailed explanations (including to the patient's spouse) of her diagnosis, her surgical plan and her follow up plan. That attention to every detail has been fantastic and goes well beyond what a surgeon needs to do (especially one with such a busy schedule). To me she has been truly excellent in every way possible.

Dr Pati, fixed my embarrassing problem for which I am very grateful for. I had a exploratory operation which I was very nervous about but it needed to be done. Dr Pati is highly skilled to do what she did without any side/after effects. Thank you Dr Pati.

He is very clear on the options available and what the outcomes are. He also phoned me several times after the operation to follow up my recovery.
