I was apprehensive going into the meeting with Mr Wazait but his manner and approach made feel at ease. My condition was clearly explained to me and so was the way forward for treatment. I felt reassured because I had plenty of time to ask all the questions I wanted to ask and have them clearly answered.

Thank you Dr Persad. After several serious water infections I was put onto a catheter with an anticipated 18 week waiting list. I was very concerned about the long term effect this would have on regaining normal bladder functions . As a result I decided to pay privately and was referred to Dr Persad. A Rezum operation was discussed, but after Mr Persad did a more detailed examination he suggested a Bladder Neck Incision operation. This has completely transformed my future prospects. I now have a better flow than for many years and am able to empty my bladder well. Thank you Dr Persad for diagnosing and performing the best procedure. I am catheter free which is enabling me to enjoy a healthy and active future
