Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Was comfortable with appointment and any questions were explained.

Mr Veer was extremely personable, empathetic and helpful. His explanation of what was possible, the steps involved and why they were necessary, was very clear. He gave me genuine hope that through a thorough diagnostic process, procedures could be tailored to provide real tangible quality of life benefits, where others have appeared to be a "one size fits all" approach with no real hope of change. I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

I am satisfied that he well explained and gentle treatment.
