I was seen promptly. Mr. Fayad was very professional and friendly. He was a good listener and communicator. I received my follow up letter 5 days after my appointment.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
