My experience here is always pleasant and on time. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more kind and just nicer by smiling or if not at least fix their tone of voice.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

The doctor saw me on time and was patient and very understanding, answering all my questions and reassuring me, when necessary
