I’m so glad about Evolva Osteopathy. Arthur and Edric are great professionals. They are both working so well together with they four hands treatment so the results are exceptional. My knee has being hurting lot for a while, my GP gave me a pain killer and could not tell me what was causing this issue. Manni is a brilliant holistic coach. His technical knowledge of the body/ injury / rehab and training strategies is solid but what sets him apart is his recognition of each athlete as an individual. He takes the time to get to know you, what motivates you, what holds you back, what time you have available and what else is going on in life that impacts your performance. He challenges you to get the best out of yourself by recognising when to push and when to support and communicating with empathy and clarity. He will also have a laugh with you and let’s be honest, this training lark is supposed to be fun. Would and regularly do recommend to others.
