Sneha is excellent and has helped me so much, over the year, with muscular pain.
I was advised to have a regular massage by the consultant dealing with my knee and back pain. I wasn’t convinced it was a good idea but approached APPI to see if they could help. I am absolutely amazed at the results of my regular sessions with the wonderful Kelly. It is fantastic to leave my stiffness and discomfort on the massage table every fortnight and I float home. I also sleep much better after a massage and my breathing is easier. I’m now a convert to the cause! A huge thank you to Kelly and all the team at APPI for their kind professionalism.
My recent visit to Appi was great and efficient. The spaces available for practicing exercises are amazing. There are lots of different pieces of equipment to use subject to your body type. My physio was clear and helpful with my exercises and demonstrated where necessary how to approach the exercise. The session starts with a clear review of where we are and what I want to achieve.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that you enjoy your sessions, it's a lovely space!
I am building up my strength, getting reading for a total knee replacement, Georgie is encouraging but firm and I enjoy my time with her
Thank you for your review. Georgie will ensure you are ready for your operation and will be there for you post op as well!
Georgie Farrar has been excellent over 6 physio sessions (and counting) and has really helped with strengthening support muscles for my back problems. Each session a little more challenging than the last, supplemented by good home based exercises, but always enjoyable
This is great to hear, we will pass on your comments to Georgie. We are pleased you are seeing improvements.
I've been seeing Sneha for almost 6 months following a serious neck trauma and can't thank her enough for enabling me to recover strength and flexibility and equipping me with the tools to continue to maintain and improve my physiological health. Thank you Sneha.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that Sneha has been able to help you with your recovery.
Enjoying fun sessions with Sneha! I’ve started physio-pilates starting this month and I can already feel that I am doing much better. Looking forward to next sessions as well.
This is great to hear! It really is motivating when you start to feel the difference. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Sneha.
It is very well run. The physios are very friendly, diligent and professional
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad that you had a good experience with us.
I have been recovering from a frozen shoulder over the past 8 months. Georgie has been excellent in the various phases of the treatment. She has produced different sets of individual exercises to strengthen and stretch the joint and muscles as the condition has improved. She has also provided invaluable 'hands on' physiotherapy when required.
Thank you for your review on Georgie. We are happy that she has been able to help you.
