I worked with Hannah over several weeks. As well as being an excellent physiotherapist, she was insightful and a pleasure to work with. I could feel the progression after every session. As well as resolving the immediate issue, I received excellent advice on exercise and conditioning which will be useful always. Much appreciated and highly recommended!
Sneha was great as always, really patientn and knowledgeable. She was a great listener and took on board my suggestions to develop a tailored regimen that fit into my lifestyle as well.
Saw Georgie for a couple of issues (Shoulder and ankle pain) that have been rumbling on for quite a few months. Pain has slowly decreased week on week as we slowly increased the strength around both pain points. Georgie was great in providing me with a programme to counter the ankle pain I was suffering with the target of being able to run 5-10km with no pain. Her experience in running herself helped to define the programme seamlessly. For my shoulder, I think it's fair to say that bringing the complexities of bowling in cricket to Georgie wasn't something that she was too familiar with. However she listened about the complexities and the pain I was having at various stages of my action and, along with her her own research into the complexities, she was then able to tailor a programme built around this to enable me to be pain free when bowling this summer.
I can’t recommend Sneha enough from APPI Wimbledon! As someone with scoliosis I have found it difficult to find physios that really consider that and use specific tweaks to ensure your curvature is supported and posture strengthened in an individualised way. She really takes the time to listen to you, your lifestyle factors and injury/condition to come up with the best treatment and management plan to keep you motivated and sticking to your exercises. I like that she mixes both physical treatment like massage and dry needling with gym and Pilates sessions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your appointments.
Lovely practice, friendly, calm, professional. The service I received from Manasi was too notch. She is knowledgeable, practical, empathetic and very friendly. I will definitely go back to her for any physio needs.
Sneha was excellent at understanding my back issue and working through various techniques to alleviate the discomfort
very good physio with a very pleasant attitude. Good range of exercises which have really helped. Very happy with the help I have received both in physio and also in the osteoporosis group class.
Sneha is very patient, practical and easy to work with. She really helped me regain my confidence after an injury. Very grateful for all the time she spent with me!
Sneha is excellent and has helped me so much, over the year, with muscular pain.
