Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

I have had a very good experience with MyAccess so far. The clinic responds to queries quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In future I would like to see the patient portal improved so that it had more information regarding prescriptions and products.

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed.
