It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

Excellent service and have no issue recommending this service I think it’s a great value for money and comfort.

On my first visit to the department on 17 March 2022 (after knee surgery for a Patellofemoral joint replacement on 14 March 2022) I was introduced to Chinyelu. Her immediate reaction to me could not have been less welcoming. Unfortunately she remained this way for the whole of the 45 minute appointment. I had already had 3 left hip replacements so I was used to pain but the pain of a partial knee replacement is far worse. I explained to her that I was in a lot of pain and her reaction was ‘you will be’, absolutely no effort to give me advice as to how I could make myself more comfortable. She then proceeded to make me lift my leg (impossible) and also bend it (impossible). I was feeling very vulnerable when I attended the appointment and really needed some support and I received none. My husband was in the car park when I came out and I cried. This is not like me. Since then I have been very fortunate to mainly see Sarah who is one of the very best physiotherapists I have ever met (as you can imagine this is an extremely strong recommendation if you look at my medical history) who is always warm and friendly and gets the best out of me. I have also met G on a couple of occasions who has been an excellent replacement for Sarah.

It was clean, well organised, staff were friendly

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Dr Rusinova is a brilliant specialist. Thank you!

Excellent reception area, warm greeting and very helpful. Everywhere was so clean, and all staff very polite and smiley.

Worked with Physio Gary. He was incredibly knowledgeable, driven yet empathetic to my condition and needs. Really impressed with him.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Supportive and help me to resolve issues that I have
