The staff were very helpful

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

I was given an immediate personal appointment following a phone call. Dr Miller gave me his focussed attention and I was hugely relieved to be in the hands of such a competent highly expert professional. He went through my symptoms carefully and comprehensively, he advised a range of blood tests and I understood fully the implications of each. The tests were carried out carefully. He briefed me on my symptoms and I was glad to be under the care of such a skilled doctor. I returned the next day for treatment, and he followed up after hours when I developed further symptoms. At all times my anxiety about my condition was reduced due to the sense of empathetic competency that I experienced.

Excellent reception area, warm greeting and very helpful. Everywhere was so clean, and all staff very polite and smiley.
