A relaxing setting with very lovely staff. The receptionist with the 11:11 necklace was particularly helpful and obviously enjoys her role.

Brilliant staff and well equipped

It had it’s ups and downs. From my medication not being given as it was missed by the doctor, feeling like from the start zoom call the doctor wasn’t paying attention to what was being said, a very short detox that had to be extended by a week, issues with some staff members not remaining professional (only a few) lots of miscommunication between staff and patients. A lot of accusatory comments and ignoring, playing down of medical problems, made to feel somewhat crazy at times. My peers are amazing, and have been throughout along with staff like Luda, Amanda, Kat, Kim, Jade, Rosemary, Julie B, Lyz, Tony. These people have been nothing short of 5*.

Dealt with promptly in a clean and safe environment. All staff were very knowledgeable, polite and reassuring.
