High end hospital.

Very calm environment and friendly administration and welcome staff. All was explained clearly.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

I liked the music in reception. Quick response and lovely staff

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
