A breath of fresh air after leaving an NHS facility.

Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Spotless clean, nothing was to much trouble, treated with dignity, all staff where friendly, helpful and patient from the surgeon,nurses,admin,porters,kitchen staff, cleaners

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.
