The Priory North London has saved my life! The staff were very friendly and my nurse, Beth, was also very clear and helpful throughout the appointment

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.
