I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. Reaching this milestone has been a rather long journey, which at times has been a little overwhelming. Throughout the consultation process Dr Jeczmien was very personable and friendly, yet incredibly professional. Dr Jeczmien has made me feel very comfortable and reassured about the process and the future. He was extremely clear in his diagnosis and articulating the next steps. The result is that I now feel very positive about the changes I can make going forward which will help to improve my life and those around me.

I met with Dr Passetti via Zoom due to the current virus crisis. I found Dr Passetti to be a charming relaxing and friendly person. I had no problems speaking to him about my problems thanks to his manner.I would be happy to give my full recommendation.

Not knowing what to expect, the prospect of therapy can be very frightening. But Dr. Aisan immediately put me at ease which meant I could get the most out of the process. She is very nice intelligent caring doctor that seems to only want the best for her patients success and healthy mental health state. During my research for psychologist, she was one of my choices given her broad expertise. Over the last year or so Dr. Aisan has worked with me to help me identify the real deep rooted issues I was battling, address my hurt and mental pain. I begin to develop a sense of myself, someone I can now be proud of. My goal was to stop feeling depressed and distressed, however Dr. Aisan has helped me achieve so much more through therapy.

I had a great experience with Ranjit, she was very flexible, quick to reply and able to schedule in last minute appointments. I was able to develop many techniques each week suited to what was needed, this was very encouraging. Would like to continue in the future.

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path. Mark listened and let me find my own path, using his experience and care to guide me on the way. He was also very clear that our work should have a timeline and a beginning and end. I found that refreshing, particularly as someone with OCD, who didn't need to keep speaking about the condition ad infinitum! I would happily recommend Mark and would certainly be keen to return to his practice for any future therapy needs.
