Miss Evans was patient with me, took the time to explain and show me my situation and was sensible in next steps - something I was desperately seeking in a Doctor! Prof Rosenthal has been excellent throughout. He is caring, explains things well and takes time to do so in detail. His secretary is also very organised and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and I am very grateful to have been in his care.
