Ray Ryan

Ray Ryan is a Personal Trainer and Specialist Medical Rehabilitator at PhysioCare. He has been a member of the PhysioCare team since 2012. Ray graduated with a Distinction in Fitness Instruction (accredited by the National Council for Exercise and Fitness) from Dublin City University in 2006. In 2009 he was awarded his advanced certification in Personal Training from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Over the years, Ray has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals with general weight loss goals and improved endurance to those with specific sports-oriented objectives. 

His professional background is a balance between fitness training and rehabilitation. He has experience training Leicester League soccer teams, conducting one-to-one training sessions, and leading group bootcamp classes. Clients under Ray's guidance have experienced significant benefits, including a reduction in injuries and notable improvements in fitness levels.

Ray’s goal is to educate, assist, and coach individuals in achieving their fitness objectives, enhancing their lifestyle, and cultivating a pain-free, active life.
