Ms Lesley Dempsey

I am a Neuromuscular Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life. I specialise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, chronic pain, and stress-related muscular tension.

Every treatment is tailored to the individual, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of pain. My aim is to help clients recover effectively while providing practical advice to support long-term health and wellbeing.

Alongside Neuromuscular Therapy, I have additional qualifications in Oncology Massage, Auricular Acupuncture, and complementary therapies. 

More recently, I have also qualified as a Counselling Psychotherapist, giving me a deeper understanding of the connection between physical pain, stress, trauma, and emotional wellbeing.
