Ms Lauren Starkey

Lauren Starkey is the owner of Therapeutic Massage Milltown and an experienced holistic and clinical massage practitioner specialising in chronic pain management, musculoskeletal conditions, injury rehabilitation, and stress reduction.

Lauren provides a broad range of manual therapy services including holistic massage, remedial massage, sports massage, physical therapy, and sports taping and strapping. Her clinical approach combines hands-on manual therapy with movement therapy, education, and personalised support to help clients improve mobility, recover from injury, and better manage long-term pain conditions.

She recently completed a Level 6 BTEC qualification in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage, further strengthening her expertise in evidence-based soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation-focused treatment techniques.

In addition to running her own therapy clinic, Lauren has extensive professional experience across the wellness, hospitality, and therapy sectors. Her background includes work as a massage therapist, spa therapist, mobile therapist, and trainer, giving her broad practical experience in both therapeutic and client-centred care environments.

Her practice focuses on delivering tailored treatments designed to support physical recovery, musculoskeletal health, stress management, and overall wellbeing through a holistic and rehabilitative approach.
