Mrs Sapna Harris

Sapna Harris is a highly experienced UK-trained physiotherapist with over two decades of practice. After working in Hong Kong for many years, she relocated to Dubai in 2021. Throughout her career, Sapna has successfully treated thousands of individuals, focusing on understanding the unique needs of each patient to address the root cause of their problems.

Sapna graduated from the University of Brighton in 1995 and began her career at Worthing Hospital in the UK's National Health Service, gaining experience across a range of specialties including neurology, respiratory care, and elderly care. Upon returning to Hong Kong, where she grew up, she joined Quality Healthcare, the largest private healthcare provider in the region, where she treated a variety of lifestyle and professional injuries. During this time, she expanded her expertise by earning a certification in Clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong and qualifying as a personal trainer. Sapna also treated athletes at international swimming, golf, and rugby competitions, further honing her knowledge of sports injuries.

In 2009, Sapna moved with her family to Sydney and Singapore before returning to Hong Kong in 2015, where she resumed her work with Quality Healthcare at their Discovery Bay branch. Her friendly demeanour and commitment to high-quality care made her well-known in the athletic community of triathletes, trail runners, and hikers.
