I had a sprained ankle, and after 4 sessions with Conall Hoey, I became fully recovered. The sessions were fun with easy and very well explained effective exercises which were doable at home and at the gym.

I visited Conall after I had issues with my back from CrossFit. Conall helped me by understanding the importance of prep before movements. He designed me a great programme to follow and help me get back to specific movements I couldn’t perform. Would highly recommend Conall.
