Lucy Woodham is a physiotherapist based at Anatomy Rehab (DIFC and Palm Jumeirah). She studied in New Zealand and has nine years of experience in private practice. Her specialist areas include low back pain, chronic pain management, rehabilitation. Lucy places great emphasis on education and is continually studying to improve her knowledge so she can give her patients the best possible care. After achieving her BS in Physiology from the University of Otago in 2013, she went on to undertake post-graduate qualifications in sports physiotherapy, and she is currently studying for a master's degree in development economics and international development.

Lucy takes a holistic approach to treatment and combines rehabilitation, manual therapy, and education to give the best outcome for her patients. She ensures that her patients fully understand their condition and how best to treat it for long term outcomes. Lucy is passionate about what she does and in 2015, was part of a UN-led initiative to develop a physiotherapy training program in Haiti, which was the first of its kind. During her career, she has worked with a wide range of people including professional athletes and sports teams. Lucy has a particular interest in persistent pain such as post-concussion and low back pain.
