Dr Fadi Mikhael

Dr. Fadi Mikhael is an experienced medical oncologist and haematologist with expertise in various types of cancers. His main areas of expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, brain tumours, head and neck cancers, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, bladder cancer, gynaecology cancers, prostate cancer, soft tissue cancers, bone cancers, blood cancers, and lymphatic system cancers.

Dr. Fadi has gained extensive experience in the field of Medical Oncology and Hematology through his work in hospitals and departments across Ukraine, France, and the UAE. He has received specialised training at leading cancer centres in France and has been recognised as an Ancient Interne des Hopitaux de Paris.

Born in Lebanon, Dr. Fadi graduated from College des Frères, a French school, in 1987. He obtained his MBBS qualification in France in 1997 and went on to specialise in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the National Cancer Centre of France. He completed a Fellowship program in Medical Oncology at the French University Rene Descartes- Paris V and was awarded the Diploma in Medical Oncology from University Rene Descartes. Additionally, he pursued specialisation in Palliative Care in Oncology and obtained a Diploma in Pain Management in 2008.

Dr. Fadi has actively contributed to the field of oncology through his research, including a recent study on adjuvant chemotherapy for high-risk breast cancer in young women in the UAE. He serves as a member of the National Breast Cancer Committee in the Emirate of Dubai and is actively involved in professional organisations such as the Lebanese Council of Physicians, the European Hematology Association (EHA), and the European School of Medical Oncology (ESMO).
