Dr. Fathi Azribi

Dr. Fathi Azribi is a highly qualified Consultant Medical Oncologist at the American Hospital Dubai. His areas of interest are thoracic, breast, gynaecological and gastrointestinal malignancies. With his wealth of experience in medical oncology, he is skilled in all systemic treatments, such as immunotherapy, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and targeted therapy. He strives to always continue his education and broaden his skills, he stays up to date with the latest advances and modern treatments.

Dr. Azribi completed his Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery at Al-Fateh University in 1992, and went on to complete specialist training in Oncology in the UK. Following this he received his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Medical Oncology. He has been a Consultant Medical Oncologist at several hospitals across the UK and UAE, and for the past 5 years he has been Chief of Medical Oncology Division at Tawam Hospital, UAE.

Passionate about medical education, Dr. Azribi has established the first ever Medical Oncology Fellowship Program in UAE, aiming to make this education more accessible. He has been actively involved in researching in the field throughout his education and career, publishing many articles in medical journals. He also has professional associations including being a member of the Emirates Oncology Society, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
