Very very disappointed in the current mri practice its both unethical and breach of patients privacy
Unacceptable experience. I was asked to fast for 8 hours. Since my appointment was scheduled at 11am, I had to skip breakfast and ended up fasting for over 14 hours. I waited 49 minutes and had to follow up twice at reception just to be accommodated…poor coordination and no regard for patient comfort.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and very well-organized facilities for patients. The entire hospital experience was smooth, efficient, and comfortable. The staff ensured proper follow-up and provided continuous support throughout the visit, which is highly appreciated. Highly recommended for their professionalism and patient care!
Waiting time is not acceptable , no in charge available in Rad department
The front desk and reception staff are extremely slow and not capable of managing the processes in an efficient and patient-respectful way. This has been my clear impression during both of my visits.
We entrust our doctor. The waiting is not a problem as we know that she could have emergencies. We encountered booking problèmes though
