He holds both a Medical Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of Stellenbosch and further specialised in Sports Medicine with a Master's from the University of Cape Town.

Dr. Williams has an extensive background in sports medicine and emergency medical care, particularly from his work with professional rugby teams around the world. His experience treating elite athletes has honed his ability to deliver comprehensive and integrated care, not just for athletes, but for individuals from all walks of life.
