I had been searching for a good dentist for root canal treatment and crowns for a long time because my teeth had become very sensitive because of tooth erosion and worn enamel. Eating hot or cold food had become so painful, and i was worried i might lose some teeth. After looking for a highly rated dentist for root canal therapy, i finally found Dr. Sarah at My london skin clinic, finding her completely changed my experience. From the first consultation, Dr. Sarah explained the condition of my teeth and why i needed root canal treatments followed by dental crowns to protect the damaged teeth. What i appreciated the most was how clearly she explained and she drew everything out for me on paper, from the cause of tooth erosion to the longterm benefits of ceramic dental crowns. The root canal procedures was surprisingly painless, much easier than i had anticipated. I always use to hear scary stories about root canals, but Dr. Sarah used modern techniques and gentle care, so the treatment was comfortable and stress-free. This is exactly the kind of experience you want if you are looking for a painless root canal treatment. After my root canals were done, i recieved custom made dental crowns that restored the shape, strength and appearance of my teeth. The crowns blend in perfectly with my smile and i can finally chew normally again without sensitivity. My overall experience at the hospital was excellent and I rated it 5/5. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and highly accommodating. I genuinely felt that there was a lot of care and attention given to my well-being, and the team made a strong effort to ensure that my visit was comfortable and positive. As constructive feedback to further enhance the patient experience, I noticed that the staff sometimes appeared slightly less organized compared to other hospitals I have visited. There were moments when employees were having side conversations among themselves, sometimes a bit loudly, which created the impression that internal coordination could be improved. I want to emphasize that this is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion that may help elevate the overall patient experience and the professional impression patients receive during their visit. With the level of kindness and care already demonstrated by the staff, improving organization and minimizing side conversations in patient areas could make the experience even more outstanding. Overall, I truly appreciate the friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication shown by the team, and I would still highly recommend the hospital based on the quality of care and the positive atmosphere.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Adil Nadim at Prime Medical Center – Al Nahda branch for the excellent care he provided to my son. My son suffered a serious dental injury after he fell down at school. His front three teeth were fractured and one tooth was broken more than halfway. His appearance changed because of the damaged teeth, which was very painful for us as parents to see. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience for our family. We visited Dr. Adil Nadim at Prime Medical Center, Al Nahda. After carefully examining my son’s teeth, he explained the situation clearly and recommended root canal treatment along with capping of the damaged teeth. He also prescribed the required medications. I am a patient since several years with Dr. Shouku. I started with implants a few years back with Dr. Shouku and I was amazed how gentle and efficient he was. Back in Switzerland many years ago I had some implants and it was a very painful and difficult process, therefore I was very concerned but with him it was a very nice experience! Now I went to him again in his new clinic in Al Badaa. Again he did an excellent job in a very nice environment. Beautiful clinic and with extremely nice people. He has the latest technology and high standards with X-Ray Room, OPG & CBCT and Computer and high definition Screen to show every step. One important element - nice Parking facility and you always find a place to park and free for 2 hours!

The overall experience was good. Doctors and nurses were able to assist me efficiently and effectively. Although there were some wait times during reception (since some staff were able to make arrange the check-in while some staff were a bit slower), but everything was alright. Doctors were able to assist me and properly give me the multiple diagnoses i needed as well as give me the treatment i needed. Also, getting the approvals from my insurance was very efficient from hospitals side. So all in all, my experience was great.

I just want to commend Nurse Priyanka Victor for always being friendly, and helpful. Since we live in Abu Dhabi, she always make sure that my laboratory test will get approve in the shortest time possible and be able to do it on the same day.
