My visit was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The entire process was organized, welcoming, and genuinely comforting. What impressed me most was how comfortable and cared for I felt throughout the appointment. Every step was handled with professionalism and clarity, and there was a strong sense that patient comfort and wellbeing were the top priority. The atmosphere was reassuring, the communication was clear, and the overall environment made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to walk out of a medical appointment feeling completely satisfied, but this visit exceeded all expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for such a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this clinic to others.

All good. Just please establish a process of patient preference. My preference is not to be called, but WhatsApp or e-mail. In Dubai, it is extremely busy and overwhelming with calls, creating noise, distraction, and interruption to our daily lives or tasks on hand. As a medical centre who also encourages patient's mental health, please enable such option, as many of us would value this than picking up a phone call and lose precious time just to hear a reminder of our appointment. Not every requires this and is disorganised. A WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail would have fit this for many others who prefers this option like me. Thank you.

This is one of worst branches i visited for prime center from the staff service to the waiting time and place it self i did not feel like i was in the prime i am used to and even the dr herself her attitude was bad and she did not do anything for me at all yet they still charged me and i tried explaining for them that i did not any service why did they still charge me and also they kept making wait for a long time and took my weight and a lot of info that was needed for my dental appointment and i felt like i was not in uae for this service im very disappointed in prime for this overall experience

Got my facial done at Perla Clinic and my skin has never felt THIS clean. 🫣 I always thought my exfoliating at home was enough, but apparently not, I had so many blackheads and stuff hiding under my skin that only showed up when they started the treatment. This facial is on another level… it’s a medical facial, not your usual spa/salon type. Honestly, 10/10. Their customer service is amazing too. The doctor even checked my skin before the facial to recommend what’s actually right for me. Everything felt customized, gentle, and super professional. I’m definitely coming back!

Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min

I stumbled on Dr. Mustafa profile while searching the internet for a Glaucoma specialist for my husband who suffers from severe damage to his sight due to Glaucoma and a not so successful eye surgery. Meeting him turnaround an otherwise hopeless situation to one of hope with his expertise and professionalism. My husband now have hope of seeing with his eyes again to some reasonable degree, all thanks to the good doctor. The Dr did not pay attention to my needs, in 1 min she got to know my symptoms and gave me the Panadol as a solution, not to understand what is wrong. When asked for extra tests, influenza, she asked me why I need one to be done, that I didn’t need and maybe I have a severe headache because I’m on the phone all night and not sleeping (don’t know how she reached this conclusion). Also the way she was presenting herself, the way she was dressed; by far I would have said she was a Doctor in a clinic

She was wonderful in terms of reception and the way she dealt with me. My experience with Dr. Nour, who is amazing and intelligent, was great. We started with teeth cleaning, and after that I decided to continue with her because she explained my case in a detailed and clear way. I felt comfortable with her, and she was very transparent about all the procedures. This is something we currently miss in other clinics that rely only on marketing.
