I am very happy to see Dr.Arun again and every other visit to him is amazing. I have a complaint for the nurse who did ECG examination on me. I didn't find her professional and she lack experience. She was re-applying the sticker/electrodes again and again on my chest. She did this quite a lot of times and changed many stickers with new ones. I found her struggling hard and I believe she needs more training. I admit the fact that I have excess hair on my chest but it was same me who got examined for ECG test in June without any issues by some professional nurse. Because of her inexperience, the report generated was not correct and I landed into panic situation which is not good for the ones who has no knowledge about medical field. I am software techie and has no such knowledge. I humbly request the management to train the nurses and ask them to speak frankly. We could have repeated the test after me shaving the spots where stickers needed to be applied. This could be dealt professionally. I repeat again, I have no concern with Dr. Arun and he is an expert in his profession. Thanks!

The center accepts insurance which is very helpful. When I initially started I was with another therapist but we weren’t a good fit and when I switched to Ms. Leyla I felt her expertise and background were what I needed and it has truly been a transformative experience. I recommend booking an appointment at this center and trying out different therapists and seeking the help you truly need.

From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

Dr. Layla is a really great therapist. I felt very comfortable and supported being vulnerable in her sessions. I have learned a lot about myself and gained valuable skills to be more resilient and mentally healthy. I am so glad I got to meet her and I am grateful for her role in my treatment. She challenged me when I needed to be challenged and guided me when I needed to be guided and my experience with her has truly been wonderful. I am very happy with the progress I have made and would truly recommend her as a therapist. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, professional and supportive.

I had a complicated tooth extraction recently and was very anxious, but Dr. Adil was amazing throughout. He was not only professional but also incredibly gentle, taking the time to explain each step and reassure me along the way. Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse
