I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.

Please help me understand how the Dr's appointment (confirmed) time can be 8:30 AM and the staff's time is 9:00 AM?? The registration clerk was not present, while the doctor was on time. The nursing station could not take my vitals without registration. Also, the pharmacy's official time is from 9:00 AM. I haven't seen this mismanagement before in a professional hospital / clinic.

The new patient registration is all manual and the patient should write everything and fill in the form. Either the patient is very tired and sick and can not write, or the parent who come with the child should write !! Bith cases is a poor quality and poor process !
