Amazing. Dr. Samar is honestly a game changer when it comes to a consultation. I’ve spent years trying to find the right ‘fit’ and was very frustrated with my experiences. Our first session was truly nothing short of magical and I knew straight away that I could work with her and make changes which I’d never been able to make. Dr. Samar really listens and challenges mindsets that I’ve had for decades and seeing her makes me want to be better. What I love is that she doesn’t impose tasks and always gives you the freedom to do or not do something, e.g. journaling. She been such a massive support for me personally over the last 6 months. There’s no judgement, she’s honest, very perceptive and honestly I look forward to our sessions. I’ve been going through a pretty tough year so far and having her as a support has been a blessing. I would encourage anyone and everyone to find their ‘fit’, even if you haven’t considered therapy before. I feel so much more emotionally regulated and have kicked some destructive habits with her help and encouragement.

I recently visited Prime Center, King Faisal Branch, for an emergency ENT consultation for my daughter, and I am truly grateful for the care we received. I really appreciate their quick response and kindness. The nurses were also very caring and attentive. They approached us right away and guided us quickly to the doctor’s chamber. We saw Dr. Quaid Zoher Hitawala, and he explained everything calmly and clearly the issue, the cause, and all the precautions to be taken. His gentle approach really reassured us. I had a telehealth consultation with Prime Healthcare yesterday morning, and I truly appreciate how helpful and efficient the doctor and staff were. The consultation went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. However, I’m quite disappointed that my prescribed eye drops still haven’t been delivered as of this Saturday morning. This is already the second time I’ve had issues with medication delivery, and it’s really frustrating because I was expecting to receive it shortly after the consultation. I hope this concern can be addressed soon, as timely delivery of prescribed medicines is very important for patients.

Got my facial done at Perla Clinic and my skin has never felt THIS clean. 🫣 I always thought my exfoliating at home was enough, but apparently not, I had so many blackheads and stuff hiding under my skin that only showed up when they started the treatment. This facial is on another level… it’s a medical facial, not your usual spa/salon type. Honestly, 10/10. Their customer service is amazing too. The doctor even checked my skin before the facial to recommend what’s actually right for me. Everything felt customized, gentle, and super professional. I’m definitely coming back!

Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min

there is a concern about how consultations are being conducted. Doctors sometimes assume that patients are visiting solely to request sick leave. For instance, during my last visit, the doctor did not examine my chest congestion or throat infection. Instead, he simply asked if I was there for sick leave. I had to insist that I was genuinely unwell, after which he prescribed both medication and sick leave. This approach dismisses genuine medical concerns and leaves patients feeling overlooked and unheard.
