By chance—and great fortune—Dr. Shayesteh Khalili was seeing patients that day. Our conversation was entirely routine, focused on dates and hormonal matters, when suddenly her sharp observation was drawn to my neck from nearly two meters away. Despite there being no obvious or visible signs, she conducted a careful examination and immediately ordered further investigations. It was only later that I fully understood the significance of that moment: my condition was not visible at all. This is where the difference between a doctor who simply follows routine and a physician who is truly skilled, vigilant, and deeply specialized becomes clear—someone whose timely diagnosis can save a life. The results confirmed that I had papillary thyroid cancer. However, thanks to Dr. Khalili’s professional guidance and accurate referrals, my treatment path was promptly and correctly established, and I underwent surgery under the care of a specialist surgeon. Throughout my hospitalization, in addition to the surgeon, Dr. Khalili’s daily visits had a profound impact on my emotional well-being. Her calm presence, positive energy, and reassuring words gave me such strength that I experienced remarkably little fear or distress during a very difficult time. Following surgery, I continue my treatment under her supervision. This experience showed me that true medical care is not only about knowledge and technical skill, but about precision in diagnosis, responsibility, human compassion, and genuine commitment to a patient’s life. I am sharing this experience so that anyone seeking a reliable, attentive, and highly competent endocrinologist understands how much difference the right physician can make—sometimes, quite literally, the difference between life and loss.

My appointment was scheduled at 8:45 PM. Upon arrival, the male Filipino staff at the reception was on his phone and took around two minutes to notice me before directing me to the second reception for the Pulmonology Department. The doctor consultation itself was satisfactory. However, the nurse appeared to be in a hurry, likely due to shift ending, and I was instructed to go to another clinic for my nebulization. While I understand shift constraints, the transition was not handled well. At the second reception, the male Indian staff was rude when I asked where I could have the nebulization. He questioned me about who my nurse was—something I would not reasonably know, as nurses are not introduced to patients as they are in other hospitals. When I explained this, he simply told me to “go there and find a nurse myself,” which was unprofessional. When I eventually found a nurse, she administered the nebulization but left me unattended, instructed me to stay for 10 minutes, and told me to turn the machine off myself. She did not check on me again. During the treatment, the hose disconnected because it was not properly attached. Fortunately, I knew how to fix it myself. Overall, the experience reflected poor service, lack of coordination, and inadequate patient care, particularly from the reception and nursing staff. I hope this feedback helps improve patient experience moving forward.

Dear Prime Services Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I had an appointment for my child scheduled at 7:40. Due to personal reasons, I informed your staff in advance that I would be coming as a walking customer. Despite arriving on time, several patients who came after us were allowed to see the doctor before my child. As a result, my wife, my child, and I had to wait for almost one hour before being attended to. This situation was extremely inconvenient, especially with a child. Additionally, I noticed that only one staff member was handling customer service at that time, which led to a very long waiting queue and added to the delay. Overall, the poor queue management and limited staffing made the experience very unpleasant. I believe the management needs to seriously review and improve the appointment handling and customer service process to avoid such issues in the future I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service.

Isited my London Skin clinic a DIFC. It was exceptionally clean, the staff very well trained, in ormed and welcoming, immediately make you feel at home. I mei with Doctor Sobia. She is smiling, incredibly positive, friendly, a super listener and qualified. I felt immediately so confident and comfortable as doctors Sobia understood my concerns, and I started the treatments after receiving a very detailed report. Dr. Sobia was with me during the whole process and continuously checking on me and making sure I was well taking care of during the IV drop procedures. No doubt the service of the clinic is excellent and they used high quality products.

Dr. saba has been my orthodontist for the past 18 months , the most memorable months of my life. I’ve always had very messed up teeth. Also, the nurses and the rest of the staff are the sweetest. My braces journey was actually so much fun! They were finally taken off yesterday & I feel like a new person now, I just can’t stop smiling, my teeth look so perfect. I was with my husband, I am pregnant and staff at cash counter Fahad Palekar was very rude and disrespectfull, he was literally shouting at us for not being available when token came we requested him as we had multiple appointments and there was rush. So we sat on other side it took a while to come till cash counter . Moreover the cashier showed us his batch to go ahead and put complaint . He need to be polite with patients. This was raffle surprising and not at all acceptable behaviour

Tried to book with Khalid on wa. It was a disaster . She proposes times that need 24 hrs gap to proposing other times where I confirm within less than 60 seconds only for her to say that slot is taken !!! Worst experience ever . Took me an hour to book 2 slots with back n forth. And the slots she proposed after it was booked is gonna make me stuck in traffic for 2 hours at least

I got 2 appointments booked with Dr Marianna, pediatrician and Dr Mattias, with Dr Marianna it was at 9 am at Medows, she wasn't there, upon checking with the staff she needed 15 min to reach. Dr Maria's turned out yo be on the Palm though there was no information about the location in the confirmation message. In general very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The root canal was done week but the filling was. It done by him. This was done by Dr Nour and wasn’t part of the fee which was very surprising and should have been included in the overall root canal fee, after all I was left with a hole in my tooth from the root canal.
