My Journey with Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, Endocrinologist More than ten years ago, when I first met Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, I was in one of the toughest phases of my health journey. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Mustafa Hatim Mahesri for the excellent care and attention during my recent visit. The way you listened patiently, explained everything clearly and guided me with confidence made me feel very comfortable. However I am disappointed to learn that Alshaya staff insurance is not being accepted for many important cases such as medicines and ear operations. This is surprising as the same insurance is widely accepted at other hospitals and clinics including NMC, Aster, Noor, and so on I kindly request Prime Medical Center management to look into this matter and do the needful to implement Alshaya staff insurance coverage. Staff and patients deserve equal access to medical services without unnecessary limitations and aligning with other healthcare providers will greatly improve trust and satisfaction.

I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.
