I cannot recommend Dr. Elie Al Ahmar highly enough. From the very beginning of my pregnancy until the postpartum period, he was exceptionally professional, attentive, and reassuring. He always took his time to explain every detail of the pregnancy clearly and patiently, never making me feel rushed. He was always just one message away, with close follow-up and an incredible level of attention to detail. Every single ultrasound was thoroughly and carefully reviewed, ensuring nothing was overlooked. During my C-section, he was extremely calm and composed, which was incredibly reassuring and helped me feel safe and confident throughout the procedure. The same level of care continued postpartum—he made sure to guide us every step of the way, offering support, clarity, and reassurance whenever needed. Truly a doctor who combines medical excellence with genuine care. I am deeply grateful for his support during such an important journey

تجربتي مع دكتورة عايدة ممتازة لكن غالبية الممرضات "من الجنسية الهندية"جعلوا اقامتي في المستشفى اكثر صعوبة وألمًا! من حيث التعامل والاسلوب وعدم تقديم المساعدة كما يجب استثني من ذلك الممرضة المصرية المحجبة كانت قمة في الاخلاق والادب والممرضة الفلبينية الكبيرة في العمر والمقام وترتدي نظارة كانت تعرض مساعدتها وترتب الغرفة حتى دون ان نطلب منها ذلك ' الممرضة التي اخذت طفلتني لسحب الدم منها لإجراء فحص الscreening رفضت ان اكون. انا او والدها معها في غرفة سحب الدم بحجة ان الغرفة صغيرة! لقد ولدت طفلتي للتو فكيف تتوقعون ان نكون بحال خير عندما نسمع صريخ طفلتنا من الغرفة المجاورة ونحن لا نرى شيء ! ليس لكم اي حق في ذلك .. نحن لن نعيق الاجراء بالطبع لانه من مصلحة ابتنا لكن كنا سنكون مطمئنين عندما نكون بجوارها ونمسك يدها ع الاقل!! حال الممرضات في مستشفاكم يحتاج لصرامة اكثر

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Parul Dixit for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I met her, I was struck by how polite and professional she is. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The experience of being seen was seamless and efficient. Dr Dixit recently removed cysts from my hand and pubic bone, and I was truly impressed by her surgical skills—especially how expertly she stitched up my hand afterwards. I can honestly say she is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Thank you, Dr Dixit, for your excellent care and kindness. Her assistant who also very welcoming and helped with my care also.

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

While the staff were helpful and professional, my experience with the GP, Dr. Nilesh Trivedi, was disappointing. This is the second time I have had a similar experience with him. He appeared disinterested and unengaged, and his responses were vague and very close ended. I repeatedly had to ask the same questions to get any clarity, which left me feeling confused and unheard rather than reassured. As a patient, I expect clear communication and attentiveness, especially during a medical consultation. Unfortunately, this was lacking, and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback honestly, as it has now happened more than once.
