All good. Just please establish a process of patient preference. My preference is not to be called, but WhatsApp or e-mail. In Dubai, it is extremely busy and overwhelming with calls, creating noise, distraction, and interruption to our daily lives or tasks on hand. As a medical centre who also encourages patient's mental health, please enable such option, as many of us would value this than picking up a phone call and lose precious time just to hear a reminder of our appointment. Not every requires this and is disorganised. A WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail would have fit this for many others who prefers this option like me. Thank you.

Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min

The medical center itself deserves equal praise. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which immediately sets a positive tone upon arrival. My recent visit was amazing. It was my first time in Prime Medical center Ajman. I had problems with my hearing and decided to go here. I did not have to wait even tho the clinic had many patients and as soon as my appointment time started i was with doctor Vishal. Doctor Vishal Prasad treated me very well and resolved my problem within 2-3 minutes. Great experience overall. Highly recommend doctor Vishal, and Prime medical center ajman!

I rate my experience with this facility a 10/10. I went in for imaging scans. The staff at various levels were polite, welcoming and helpful. The environment was clean and relaxing. The mammography technologist and the ultrasonography technician (Czarina) were absolutely sweet and supportive, while being professional, talking me through the process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services.
