This is actually a complain , i had to do some blood tests on that day and my insurance always approves any blood tests no matter what and they always approve it immediately even before sample collection i tried it in so many hospitals other than prime before already . On this day they collected my sample and i assumed they got the approval already and went home waited for the result and received nothing, i tried to call prime 06 so many times and no answer as usual they never answer anyways , so i called the main branch and complained so the nurse called me and said insurance didn’t send approval yet and it was already past 24 hours , i asked why you are not following up with the insurance, the nurse replied its not my job to follow up with them .so is it the patient’s job to follow up with the insurance?? And they ofcourse threw my sample . By the way this is not the first time this happens to me in prime this is the second time with 2 different insurance companies, why they are not following up with the insurance to avoid throwing the sample and the inconvenience of having to repeat it again . Anyways I decided to not repeat the sample and to not even vist prime ever again. And by the way they didn’t get back to me till today its been 2 days now. Very disappointing experience

This was my first visit with Dr. Sandeep Pargi at Prime Healthcare Group, Burdubai branch, and I am very grateful for his patience and professionalism. My appointment was scheduled for 4:20 PM, but due to traffic, I arrived 22 minutes late. Although Dr. Sandeep had already left by 4:40, he kindly returned when the nurse contacted him after I called to inform them that I was nearby. He welcomed me with a smile and attended to me without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his accommodating approach and also wish to thank Nurse Ma. Cristina for her assistance in ensuring I could still be seen.

Just had my first visit to the new Prime location, and I have to say, it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming—they greeted me with smiles and made me feel right at home. The whole atmosphere is really inviting and professional at the same time. I also had the chance to meet some of the doctors, like Dr. Vicente and Dr. Kieran, and they were not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring. It’s rare to feel so comfortable and well taken care of during a visit, and I really appreciate how attentive everyone was.

Very poor , will never visit again , parents with new born require enough attention and care . My baby cried non stop the hospital didn't even provide any pain management medication instead waited for me to get the medication from pharmacy and the system got problem and the pharmacy despite seeing my frustration didn't offer to call the doctor to check the medication name I had to go to the nurse to ask for the name , the nurse after that gave the medication while my baby was still crying so bad which cause my little one to chock so bad it was terrifying moment .

السلام عليكم، أنا استغربت من موضوع العلاج. الدكتور وصف لي مضاد حيوي (Omnicef) وقال لي إن واضح عندي التهاب، لكن بنفس الوقت سوا لي فحص دم ومسحة من الأنف والحنجرة. وجهة نظري: إذا الدكتور متأكد من التشخيص من البداية، ليش أسوي فحص إضافي؟ وإذا الفحص مهم للتأكد، ليش أبدأ المضاد قبل ما تظهر النتيجة؟ أنا أحب يكون العلاج مبني على نتيجة واضحة، خصوصًا أن المضاد ما ينفع لو كان الالتهاب فيروسي. أتمنى توضحون لي السبب وشكرًا لكم.
