The best part of my entire journey so far has been receiving treatment from such skilled hands, guided by a humble and compassionate person who showed genuine empathy toward me and my family during a very difficult time. Even after my discharge, Dr. Keerthi continued to show exceptional care — clearly explaining the post-surgical biopsy results and follow-up tests to help us understand the nature of my tumor and the path forward. My suture dressing and removal visits were handled with the same level of attention and concern. What touched us the most was how he took the time to reassure my parents, patiently explaining every small detail and even visiting me personally during his holidays to check on my recovery and medication. Today, I’m recovering well, and throughout this journey, my family and I have placed our complete trust in Dr. Keerthi — after the Almighty God. I sincerely thank him for his timely help, valuable guidance, and unwavering compassion.

زرت الدكتورة مع بنتي عمرها ٢٠ سنة لفحص الهرمونات اول نقطة و اللي انا جربتها سابقا مع هذه الدكتورة انها لاتقبل عمل اي فحص زيادة و تطلب منا زيارة طبيبة اخرى من دافع تبادل المرضى و اللي اعتقد هو ممتاز بالنسبة الكم تشجعون الدكاترة على المبدأ فلهذا ممكن تحصل على ترقية بدل ما تكون ضدها الشكوى معروف المبدأ التجاري لكل المراكز الطبية مما كلفني زيارة طبيبة اخرى لفحص واحد بسيط و سابقا انا نفسي مراجعة عندها و ايضا طلبت مني زيارة طبيب اخر في المركز الظاهر الدكتورة حاسة نفسها في حارة و تتبادل الزوار المرضى الفحص تبين انه عند بنتي نقص استروجين و سالت الدكتورة عن موعد المناسب لفحص الهرمونات صباحا ام مساء ردت انه ما بيأثر وصفت الدكتورة دواء استروجين للبنت اضطريت الذهاب تاى مشفى اخر للتأكد من الفحص الدكتورة في المشفى الاخر اكدت على ضرورة عمل الفحص في الصباح الباكر و طلبت كل الفحوصات دون الحاجة الى تحويل دكتور اخر و بدون اي موافقات من التأمين دلالة على غش من قبل التجربة السابقة في برايم مديكال الفحصفي المشفى الثاني طلع كل النتائج سليمة لو كنا مشينا على كلام ميساء امام لكان بنتي تاخذ دواء استروجين و اللي هو حتى الجاهل يعرف انه يعرض الشخص الى سرطانات في المستقبل لو كانت محترفة في مهنتها ل كان بالقليل طلبت اعادة الفحص الشهر القادم للتاكد و لكن هنا يأتي دور الدكتور الفاهم اللي عنده ضمير

Compared to the overall positive experience I’ve had with your hospital, I must express my concern about a recent incident involving your front office registration staff. (near the escalator) Your registration team needs to be more engaging, transparent, and honest — particularly when asking patients to sign documents. I have been visiting your hospital for over a year now, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. During my recent visit, I was asked to sign on an electronic pad. When I inquired about it, the young lady at the counter, dressed in a black abaya, informed me that it was “just to update your records.” However, later that evening, I received a consent form by email that already contained my electronic signature. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism. Actions like these can undermine the reputation of an otherwise reputable organization. I am confident that this may have been the action of an individual or a few staff members, but I urge you to address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Ujam! From my very first consultation for Blepharoplasty surgery to my post-op follow-ups, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Mr Ujam is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. He has such a calming voice and took the time to explain every step of my procedure. This really put me at ease and he answered all my questions thoroughly. His calm demeanour made me feel comfortable before the procedure and even throughout, he was talking me through how it was going, continuously checking if I was ok. The surgery went amazingly well, I look literally ten years younger! I have had lots of compliments and am literally over the moon! Initially I was worried about the idea of having fillers and wanted something else like PDRN. Although with the PDRN there was minimal improvement, I opted to have the tear trough fillers done. The procedure was painless and easy and not as bad as i thought it would be. I can already see the immediate results and I am waiting for the long term benefits too. Dr Ahsan explained it clearly to me the procedure, aftercare and explained to me it would be the best treatment option for me and I am super happy.

I came for an eye check up. I was prescribed a 97 dirhams per box for 20 vials eye solution for 3 months there fore 3 boxes. This for a simple eye moisturizer . It’s horrible to prescribe something so expensive for a simple moisturizing solution for the eyes. Even though it’s insurance covered I was told to pay aed 50. Why are you’ll taking advantage of a patient. I raised the issue with the Prime pharmacist who immediately changed the prescription and consulted the doctor for the prescription. Please donot take advantage of insurance covers .
