I had recently done my daughter’s orthodontic treatment under the care of Dr. Sanjay who is very experienced and professional. His welcoming and friendly nature towards children made my daughter comfortable throughout the course of her treatment and confident in her orthodontist thus making the whole journey a success. Dr. Sanjay always takes his time to educate not only the patient but also the parents (incase the patient is a minor) about the treatment and the procedures that he undertakes with his patients. I was in the specialty section today, reception was very good, it's a good practice to have a person attending all visitors and guiding them, the receptionist was fast, the nurse who attended me was very welcoming and understanding and polite, the doctor consultation was smooth and practical, he took his time to understand what happened with me, definitely i will come to the speciality section any time. Your staff are good, just make sure they are happy in their jobs.
