I could feel that you and your entire team truly cared about my well-being and the safety of my baby. The way you guided me through each stage, offering encouragement and support, made all the difference. To the nurses and staff who assisted before, during, and after delivery — thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s clear that your team works with genuine passion and dedication. The compassion, professionalism, and teamwork I experienced with all of you made my delivery not only safe but also deeply positive and memorable. I truly believe that the care and kindness I received contributed so much to my recovery and peace of mind as a new mother. I visited Prime Medical Center at Oasis Mall for an ENT consultation. I was informed the night before by customer service that the consultation fee would be AED 250, and this was also confirmed at the reception. However, I was surprised to see a separate charge for an ear swab when it was time to pay. At no point before or during the consultation was I informed that this procedure would incur an additional cost. Additionally, the doctor mentioned that everything appeared normal prior to doing the swab, which makes it unclear why the procedure was even necessary. No explanation was given about the purpose of the swab, what it was for, or when I could expect any results, if there are results at all. I believe patients should be clearly informed in advance about any extra charges and the medical reasons for any additional procedures. I would appreciate it if you could review this case and clarify why the ear swab was performed and charged without prior notice or any follow up information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, Prime was known for its hospitality and great staff. However as per the last visit both the dr. And nurse behaved unprofessionally. The moment I sat down and before I said any word the dr said to be “come on, give a reason to give you sick leave “ before checking my medical records. What I was a dr says that to a patient specially to the one with a valid medical history. No questions and no analysis and straight up assumption and not being considerate of patients. I have then informed him that I have a record and I was recommended to visit a neurologist and I want the recommendation letter, I told him my MRI Result and everything. He did no diagnoses at all and I was the one who recommended all the blood tests that needed to be done The nurse on the other hand was aggressive and forced me to pay for the visit and then buying the medication before I could get an off. I requested to be transferred to the ENT. Overall the experience was horrible.

He treated her with great care and professionalism, always taking the time to explain every step and make sure we understood everything clearly. We visited him around five times, and every time he was patient, kind, and very respectful. Thanks to his expertise and accurate treatment, my wife’s hand has improved a lot. Dr. Kiran Sasi is an excellent doctor — highly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely caring. We’re very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hand surgery specialist

Complete fail. I had only one objective, being able to read my laptop screen. I still cant. I cant work, cant write, cant do emails. The staff were fantastic, the prescription totally wrong. I paid a huge sum of money for some amazing lenses which give me crystal clear distance vision but I cant read my laptop no matter which way I tip my head or how close or far the screen. Any my right eye aches, when I take the glasses off it feels like Ive been punched in the eye. Ive waited for a couple of weeks to see if I would get used to it and adjust to the lenses but this is still impossible and distressing.

The appointment time was not respected at all.. I noticed that nurses were bringing patients directly inside the doctors room without regards for the patients queued outside (I’m the only one waiting when I reached), I guess these are patients who were referred to consult another doctor on the spot without prior appointment. I’ve waited for 45 minutes.. Sitting for a long time is quite difficult for me considering my neck and back pain at that time.

Very dedicated on her job. Her warm attitude and efficiency also truly added to the positive experience. Highly recommended!

The waiting time at the reception is very annoying and in the process one misses the appointment one has. I don't know whether it is the staff or lack of staff that is the problem. Every time I have come to Nahda Sharjah branch this has been a issue. I have visited the King Faisal branch and there is never an issue at the reception. They do not even have a token system. Please look in to it and make it better for the customers
