I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

We have been visiting Dr Anil Kumar for over a year now & have always had a good overall experience. That said this feedback is not any Reflection on Dr Anil but of the other staff we encountered. Firstly at Registration Nibras & Abdul could not find our Sukoon Insurance on our UAE ID despite our insurance been renewed till 31Dec2026, after waiting for about 45 minutes eventually resolved by Riaz. Then we went to get Our Parameters checked where we encountered a very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant Nurse Laxmi who kept speaking derogatory in her Language about Me & My Husband whilst checking Our Blood Pressure etc. She has No Compassion or any Reassuring Qualities that a Nurse should have. She was downright Rude & she should not be dealing with Patients. We were appalled by her behavior & service received by this Nurse who shouldn’t be this Noble Profession. She does not have any integrity, ethics or morals of a Nurse & this reflects very badly on Prime Hospital. After this horrible experience If we do come back to your Hospital it will be because of a Good Dr like Anil Kumar. We would appreciate if the Management would sincerely adress Our Concerns with the relevant Staff.

This is the second time I’ve undergone a dental procedure with Dr. Sanjay, and without hesitation, I can say he is the best dentist I’ve had in the UAE. I’ve been working here for over a decade, and for most of that time, I avoided dental procedures altogether because of several bad experiences in the past. Despite the advanced facilities, I often felt that many dentists were not properly trained, and that fear stayed with me for years. That changed after my first visit with Dr. Sanjay. For the first time, I felt confident, safe, and genuinely cared for as a patient. His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail completely restored my trust. That experience alone was the reason I came back and why I chose Prime Medical BurJuman Mall branch again. Dr. Sanjay didn’t just treat my teeth; he changed how I feel about dental care in the UAE. Special kudos as well to his nurse, Leena! She was very professional and kind as well.

My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

This is the second time that we visited Advanced Care Oncology Center for a PET Scan for my wife. Our experience has been extremely good in both occasions. While all the team members at Advanced Care Oncology Center have been extraordinarily kind and supportive (from walking into the facility to registration to medical support etc.), I must mention Ms Liz who made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Above all, I had the opportunity of meeting Mr Basheer (Managing Director) of Advanced Care Oncology Center. He is an outstanding gentleman. His warmth and kindness is exemplary. I pray to the Ever Merciful Almighty that He may bless Mr Basheer and the full team at Advanced Care oncology Center 💕

Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.

The experience at the primary medical center today was not satisfactory. We waited for over an hour for approval for my wife’s blood test, but the approval never came. As a result, our time was wasted. When we approached the staff, they attempted to contact the concerned department via a landline for approval; however, there was no response, as no one answered the calls. I also tried calling multiple times without success. Ultimately, the entire visit was spent waiting for medical approval, making the overall experience disappointing

She spoke too fast, when I asked for clear explanations for my symptoms she barely explained anything, just repeated what she said before She was rough with the procedure, no bed side manners like letting the patient know you’re about to start before starting. She seemed like she was in a rush and her mannerisms and attitude were completely off putting I’m disappointed
