I went to the clinic Wednesday night after work as I was having trouble breathing, colds, headaches and had some chest pain that day and numbness on the gums. Doctor did some tests but before the results even arrived he said probably iron deficiency and B12 deficiency. Something about gastrtitis and allergies. He prescribed meds for gastritis, allergies, and then paracetamol. Told me to come back Friday to discuss test results since he’s not working on Thursday. Thursday morning, I woke up worse than the day before and had to take a sick leave. Thursday was when the results came but still no diagnosis from the doctor. I came back Friday as he asked. He said iron deficiency hence the iron supplements and also mild bronchitis but no need for antibiotics just cough syrup. When I asked for a sick leave certificate he said he can’t give one for Thursday, only Friday. Does that make sense?! He knew I was sick Wednesday night. That’s when I did the tests. He can confirm I’m still ill Friday. What do you think I was doing Thursday?!? Pilates?!? Of course, I was sick then! And he’s the one that told me not to come Thursday. Not even the end of it. He also did not discuss anything about the gastritis or the B12 deficiency he mentioned. No explanation. Worse still, the sick leave certificate that I had to pay AED 80 for does not mention the mild anemia and mild bronchitis even though he has prescription for them! The sick certificate only says common cold and cough! Ridiculous. And when I brought this up to nurse and reception— no help whatsoever.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. His approach was both cautious and well-informed, striking the right balance between treating my immediate condition effectively while prioritizing my long-term health and safety. Dr. Hussain explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the consultation. His professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for patient well-being truly stood out. Doctors like Dr. Hussain Ismail are the reason patients feel safe placing their trust in a healthcare facility. I am very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely patient-centered.

We have been visiting Dr Anil Kumar for over a year now & have always had a good overall experience. That said this feedback is not any Reflection on Dr Anil Kumar but on the other staff that we encountered. Firstly at Registration Nibras & Abdul could not find our Sukoon Insurance on our UAE ID despite our insurance been renewed till 31Dec2026, after having made to wait for about 45 minutes or more eventually the issue was resolved by Riaz. Then we went to get Our Parameters checked where we encountered a very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant Nurse Laxmi who kept speaking derogatory in her Language about Me & My Husband whilst checking Our Blood Pressure etc. She has No Compassion or any Reassuring Qualities that a Nurse should have. She was downright Rude & she should not be dealing with Patients. We were appalled by her behavior & service received by this Nurse Laxmi who shouldn’t be in this Noble Profession. She does not have any integrity, ethics or morals of a Nurse & this reflects very poorly on Prime Hospital. After this horrible experience If we do come back to your Hospital it will only be because of a Good Doctor like Dr Anil Kumar. For the betterment of Prime Hospital, We would appreciate if the Management could sincerely look into our concerns.

I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

This is the second time I’ve undergone a dental procedure with Dr. Sanjay, and without hesitation, I can say he is the best dentist I’ve had in the UAE. I’ve been working here for over a decade, and for most of that time, I avoided dental procedures altogether because of several bad experiences in the past. Despite the advanced facilities, I often felt that many dentists were not properly trained, and that fear stayed with me for years. That changed after my first visit with Dr. Sanjay. For the first time, I felt confident, safe, and genuinely cared for as a patient. His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail completely restored my trust. That experience alone was the reason I came back and why I chose Prime Medical BurJuman Mall branch again. Dr. Sanjay didn’t just treat my teeth; he changed how I feel about dental care in the UAE. Special kudos as well to his nurse, Leena! She was very professional and kind as well.

My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

From a clinical standpoint, her approach was thorough, well-structured, and highly professional. This is the first time we experiencing very bad customer service from Prime, not a delay, not caring the patients, not considering the value of time for any patient. the consultation itself taken time, after that we had to wait for more than 45 minutes till nobody came to give the nebulization for my daughter, I had to leave the clinic without taking treatment. The nurse mentioned you go and tell the reception not register more customers as there is crowd, which they are not able to manage. They are not well-versed to how to handle the crowd and provide customer service, better you change the nurses who are not good enough to handle the crowd, or you manage the appointments the way they can manage.
