Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

I was made to wait for about an hour and I had to pay AED 800 + medicine for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist after being redirected by the ENT specialist because they didn’t think that my ear pain was due to infection but rather due to something related to my jaw. The dentist suggested I get a mouth guard, which would have been another AED 2500 out of pocket, to which I said I would get back to them after talking to insurance. All in all, I came back from the hospital with just pain medication which was not covered by my insurance and no solution for my hurting ear. Will not be coming back. All staff however were very polite and helpful.

I plan on getting Invisalign done by him and so far I’ve had my Invisalign consultation, where I was shown what my teeth would realistically look like after the procedure using the itero machine. Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.

The gynecologist was very professional and competent. However, the payment staff was unprofessional and disappointing. They were laughing and chatting among themselves while I was waiting. I had to wait more than 30 minutes despite having an appointment, because no one was supervising the order of service, and other patients were seen before me. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning
