Loads of Thanks to my family doc Dr. Vinod kumar sir and Dr. Christina Fernandez mam for insisting me to meet n consult this angel on earth Dr. USHA KIRAN Mam. I am blessed to meet her Alhamdulillah. Inspite of being a beauty with brains Ma sha Allah, Dr. Usha is sooo kind n humble to speak with. Never in my life i have met a female doctor who is sooo down to earth with her patients. I was having multiple fibroids for which many gynaecs have advised for a surgery, for which i was not at all ready. But I wanted to consult Dr. Usha mam to discuss my case. After waiting for 2 long years for the appointment, luckily got it on Oct 12th. I still remember her sweet gesture as she offered me a tissue paper when tears flowed down while sharing all the traumas n problems I have been through. Then She made me understand the need n importance of the surgery and also the complications if i delay it evenmore. I was very much satisfied by her counselling n decided to go for an open myomectomy which was done on 19th November 2025, to my shock MRI reports showed only 6 to 8 fibroids but Dr. Usha mam removed 20 fibroids from my uterus. I was elated to meet her next day with the same smiling face.Its exactly a week today Alhamdulillah Now I am recovering well, feeling much better each day passing by. Those having any of the gynaec problems especially of uterine fibroids, cycst, polyps should definitely consult her. I strongly believe she is the best doctor i have ever met in my life. Infact The top best doctor and a beautiful human being residing in Dubai UAE giving her best services to all the nationalities. Miss reya or rea , the assistant of doctor basil (dentist) was very unprofessional and gave us nothing but an attitude. This woman should not be in the field as she was portraying BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS! They made my husband look pathetic and we were just asking HOW WAS THE WHOLE PROCESS for THE APPROVAL THAT SHE KEPT TELLING US! So i called my medical benefits and explained everything to them (that she didnt even know the details) & she just kept telling me nonsense things! After paying the co payment for the insurance, SHE TOLD US TO WAIT 2-3HRS and its 8:30PM in the evening and she didnt tell any of these when we talked on the phone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been told that it was a direct billing and i understand they mustve misunderstood the policy, i didnt have any problem with paying but being so ridiculously rude is unacceptable! Not to mention while she was talking to me SHE WAS FROWNING AND DOESNT SEEM LIKE SHE'S INTERESTED WITH OUR INQUIRY. INDEED A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE!

I had to wait, with a full bladder, over 30 mins for my appointment to start. Then the technician had some issues with the computer and the images, all while I still had a full bladder. It was extremely uncomfortable. I then had to wait for a doctor to review the images, but they were busy in other appointments. The whole appointment took almost 2 hours, for what normally is a 30 minutes of this scan.
