I am very happy to see Dr.Arun again and every other visit to him is amazing. I have a complaint for the nurse who did ECG examination on me. I didn't find her professional and she lack experience. She was re-applying the sticker/electrodes again and again on my chest. She did this quite a lot of times and changed many stickers with new ones. I found her struggling hard and I believe she needs more training. I admit the fact that I have excess hair on my chest but it was same me who got examined for ECG test in June without any issues by some professional nurse. Because of her inexperience, the report generated was not correct and I landed into panic situation which is not good for the ones who has no knowledge about medical field. I am software techie and has no such knowledge. I humbly request the management to train the nurses and ask them to speak frankly. We could have repeated the test after me shaving the spots where stickers needed to be applied. This could be dealt professionally. I repeat again, I have no concern with Dr. Arun and he is an expert in his profession. Thanks!

From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

My friend who was 140kgs went into hospital on 19th April 2025 with High HBA 1c . He was hospitalized at Rashid hospital. He also had UTI. He was put on insulin for 3 months. Then doctor stopped metamorphic after 5 months . In these 5 months he was on special food arranged by Simply healthy - Mitun De Sarkar - Hi Protein meal and low carbs. In 5 months his HBA 1 c dropped from 12.5 to 5.5 and he lost 40kgs and doctor has stopped all medication for diabetes. I have never heard of any doctor stopping diabetic medication. At the time of registration, patients are asked to provide their ID at the reception. However, the current process often results in IDs being left behind. For sick patients, there is a high chance they may forget to collect it, which can cause unnecessary stress when they realize days later that their ID is missing. Unless they recall that the clinic staff kept it during their visit, they must arrange another day to come back and collect it—an especially difficult situation for those who do not live nearby. This procedure needs to be improved to avoid such inconvenience.

For instance, during my last visit, the doctor did not examine my chest congestion or throat infection. Instead, he simply asked if I was there for sick leave. I had to insist that I was genuinely unwell, after which he prescribed both medication and sick leave. This approach dismisses genuine medical concerns and leaves patients feeling overlooked and unheard.
