زيارتي للدكتوره الزهراء كانت مفيده من كل النواحي ، لان بشرتي حساسه وجافه ودهنيه ( وكل المصايب فيها ) يعني مخلوطه مع زيادة الحساسيه ، صابتني فطريات ماعرف من وين في الوجه مع اني ما اعرض بشرتي لاي شي غريب ودايماً حذرة حتى في مسكها ولمسها، وبصراحه ماقصرت الدكتوره كانت صبوره معاي جداً ، لان تقريبا مرتين الى ثلاث مرات انا ابدل الدوا وتعطيني حلول وبدائل عن اللي جربتهم قبل وحسسوني او انها سببت لي تهيج اكثر للفطريات او حرق في البشره ، وكنت بصراحه احضر عندها وانا شبه منهاره خصوصا ان كان من بينها حبوب تسبب اثر ولون سيء جدا ولامره صابتني هالنوعيه من الحبوب ، ف بصراحه كنت متأزمه جدا ومتألمه بنفس الوقت لانه كان جدا مؤلمه الحبوب وكأن شي ياكل الوجه ومسبب حكه قويه وحبوب حمره مختلفة الاحجام وايضا حرق في البشره نفسها لذلك كان الوضع كارثي بالنسبه لي ، وبكل امانه ماقصرت الدكتوره معاي واستوعبت واحتوت الوضع والحين الحمدلله يعتبر في طور التحسن بس لاني اعرف بشرتي تاخذ وقت عشان تتعافى ممكن اكثر من اي حد اخر ( حسب احساسي ونظرتي للوضع وعشرة العمر مع بشرتي طبعا ) وبصراحه سويت بعد عندها فيلر للاصداغ وبوتوكس للجبهة والرقبه والنتيجه روعه وراضيه كل الرضى عنها وهي بعد الدكتوره الزهراء عندها نظره جميله وراي جميل واللي يحتاج واللي مايحتاج وتتكلم بكل امانه ومصداقيه والله .. وانا مش بالعاده مع احتراماتي اني اسلم وجهي لاي طبيب الا بعد ما ادرس الطبيب وابحث عنه عادي انتظر سنه عشان اقرر اسوي اجراء او لا عنده حتى لو كنت بحاجة مُلحه ، بس هي من اول زياره حبيت وضوحها ومصداقيتها وتحمست اجرب وماندمت وخلاص ف انا بالنسبه لي معتمده الدكتور لعلاج البشره و الامور الجلديه التجميليه مثل الفيل. والبوتوكس..

Compared to the overall positive experience I’ve had with your hospital, I must express my concern about a recent incident involving your front office registration staff. (near the escalator) Your registration team needs to be more engaging, transparent, and honest — particularly when asking patients to sign documents. I have been visiting your hospital for over a year now, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. During my recent visit, I was asked to sign on an electronic pad. When I inquired about it, the young lady at the counter, dressed in a black abaya, informed me that it was “just to update your records.” However, later that evening, I received a consent form by email that already contained my electronic signature. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism. Actions like these can undermine the reputation of an otherwise reputable organization. I am confident that this may have been the action of an individual or a few staff members, but I urge you to address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Ujam! From my very first consultation for Blepharoplasty surgery to my post-op follow-ups, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Mr Ujam is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. He has such a calming voice and took the time to explain every step of my procedure. This really put me at ease and he answered all my questions thoroughly. His calm demeanour made me feel comfortable before the procedure and even throughout, he was talking me through how it was going, continuously checking if I was ok. I came for an eye check up. I was prescribed a 97 dirhams per box for 20 vials eye solution for 3 months there fore 3 boxes. This for a simple eye moisturizer . It’s horrible to prescribe something so expensive for a simple moisturizing solution for the eyes. Even though it’s insurance covered I was told to pay aed 50. Why are you’ll taking advantage of a patient. I raised the issue with the Prime pharmacist who immediately changed the prescription and consulted the doctor for the prescription. Please donot take advantage of insurance covers .

Instead of extracting, he saved it using five procedures, including Incision & Drainage of Abscess, Wound Debridement & Suturing, Apicoectomy, Bone Graft, and Root Canal. It’s impressive that he was able to cure the severe infection in my tooth within a week. All the staff are kind especially the receptionist Mimi who quickly responds whenever I have questions.

I had bad experience this morning in hospital. While I was,waiting my turn to pay my bill. One lady skip the line and jumped infront of me. When I told her what you did: she,answered me rude and impolie manner : yes I did. When I told her this is incorrect: she insulted me and told me you re silly. Abd she repeated 3 times that this lady she is stupid and silly. I wanted to call police but the staff in prime médical she told me she has a,child let her go.
