I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. Dr. Hussain explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the consultation. From a clinical standpoint, her approach was thorough, well-structured, and highly professional. I don’t where to start. Been here a couple of times and from my experience been really good with all support staff from, chemotherapy dept, especially not forget Ms Eidth, who was kind and supportive and explained the process clearly. They make sure to calm the patient. My doctor Mr.Alawi is also been very knowledgeable and clarifying all queries and been through my journey of treatment. All nurses including head nurse and Anisha , was very careful while inserting canula and handling patients. Every staff make sure to comfort the patient and take genuine good care of them. I would surely recommend this place to all who wish to undergo chemotherapy in Dubai. I thank team for their dedication and kindness.

My son has been suffering from constant headaches that won’t go away for a long time, we saw several doctors and have done city scans and multiple MRI with no results! Other doctors just said nothing we can see nothing we can do to help him! Until we saw Dr.Ubaid who just found the problem at the first visit only by listening to the symptoms !he cured my son and now he is a happy and energetic boy again! 1) though my number was updated in the system calls are being made to my fathers number whose number was initially provided. The profile doesnt seem to be detached. We were told that both profiles were updated. 2 ) Where appointment calls or report calls or follow up calls are received, returning the call is very difficult as mostly the main board number is shown and contacting the number is not an option in such an event. For instance my father keeps on getting calls related to my appointment and if he is not able to confirm (being at work etc) when I am asked to call back it is difficult.

This was the worst clinic visit I’ve ever had prime Mizhr. I arrived on time and waited more than 30 minutes just to see the doctor. What made it even worse was that another patient who registered after me was allowed to enter and see the doctor before me. I spoke to the nurse, and she confirmed that I was supposed to be seen first, but said the other patient had an appointment. However, that patient went to speak with the receptionist, and after that she was allowed in before me. This situation was unfair and very unprofessional. Waiting times and appointment order should be respected

The experience at the primary medical center today was not satisfactory. We waited for over an hour for approval for my wife’s blood test, but the approval never came. As a result, our time was wasted. When we approached the staff, they attempted to contact the concerned department via a landline for approval; however, there was no response, as no one answered the calls. I also tried calling multiple times without success. Ultimately, the entire visit was spent waiting for medical approval, making the overall experience disappointing

Priority should be given to patients with scheduled appointments. The cashier area should function strictly as a cashier counter only, not as an additional processing or triage point. When patients—especially those who are already sick—are kept waiting longer than necessary, it increases their risk of exposure and puts everyone in the facility at higher risk. Streamlining patient flow will help reduce congestion, improve safety, and ensure faster service for those who need care.
