We visited the doctor last week and booked a follow-up appointment on Thursday within the free follow-up period. I attended the clinic as scheduled, but the staff informed us that the doctor had already left the premises. We were asked to come the next day, Friday, and now we have been charged as it exceeded the free follow-up period. the delay was not our fault, as we attended on the original appointment date.

Treatment plan was discussed before procedure and they made sure i understand both the pros and cons. Extremely professional, efficient and patient. Highly recommended.
