The waiting time is long. The staff will not share the details of your temperature and BP if the patient did not ask for it. I receive notification that e-prescription is ready but I have not yet seen the doctor for the consultation and diagnosis. The billing will not be sent to your email if you have not requested for it. I went to Prime to see the doctor as I have colds, cough, head ache & look likes flu symptoms but the prescriptions include drugs for hypertension and uric (I have informed the doctor that I still have medicine as I just received my 90 days medicine last October 7, 2025). The previous drug for uric is 40 mg Febuday brand and it was change now to 80 mg Adenuric brand. There is no explanation or laboratory basis for the changes of the mg as it was not part of the consultation. I have noticed on the sick leave certificate that the diagnosis are acute sinusitis, unspecified gout, unspecified hyperlipidemia and unspecified (E78.5) which were not discussed in the consultation. And it will take long time to wait again in order to discuss this with the doctor as there are patient inside the room. .i don’t really questions doctor diagnosis but at least this must be informed to the patient particularly if these will be written on the sick leave certificate.

I was pregnant with twins, and throughout the entire nine months, Dr. Manar Hajali was not just my gynecologist, she was like a mother and a sister to me. Since it’s only me and my husband living here, far away from our own country, her caring words and loving support made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. At every visit, she made sure both the babies and I were completely fine. She was available for us 24 hours whenever we needed her, always patient, kind, and reassuring. Even after the delivery, she continued to check on us, ensuring that both the mother and the babies were healthy and recovering well. She is highly professional, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely compassionate. We are deeply grateful to have had her throughout this journey. I had my hernia surgery at Prime Hospital and the medical team was excellent. Dr. Vinod Singhal was very much experianced ,he explained everything clearly, answered even my simplest questions with great patience and made me feel completely confident about the procedure. Surgery team and nursing staff especially Nurse Athulya , took great care of me and made me feel comfortable throughout. The only negative part was the behaviour of the admission counter staff's. On the day of surgery, the admission counter staff made me wait for almost two hours in the corridor. Whenever I approached them for an update, their response was rude, impolite, and unprofessional. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome on an already stressful day. Overall, the medical team deserves full appreciation, but the behaviour of the admission staff's definitely needs improvement.

Shankar, she advised medications first and then Adenotonsillectomy with bilateral tymponometry and grommet insertion(for his ear issue) My nephew is 2 months post surgery now and is completely normal and relieved of all his symptoms. My recent visit to the Irish Wellness Medical Center was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were warm and efficient. Doctor was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear, understandable way. The entire clinic was clean and modern, which added to a feeling of professional care. I left feeling genuinely heard and well looked after. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The entire in-clinic process for my medical clearance physical check was seamless and highly professional. The staff and doctor were efficient and thorough. My only recommendation for improvement is the turnaround time for the final results. If possible, speeding up the administrative process to get the clearance documents released earlier would make the overall experience perfect.
