In Dubai, it is extremely busy and overwhelming with calls, creating noise, distraction, and interruption to our daily lives or tasks on hand. As a medical centre who also encourages patient's mental health, please enable such option, as many of us would value this than picking up a phone call and lose precious time just to hear a reminder of our appointment. Not every requires this and is disorganised. A WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail would have fit this for many others who prefers this option like me. Thank you.

The Ajman branch is the best of all the medical centers I’ve visited. My first check-up with Prime was actually here, and I can say it’s 101% the best. I rate my experience with this facility a 10/10. I went in for imaging scans. The staff at various levels were polite, welcoming and helpful. The environment was clean and relaxing. The mammography technologist and the ultrasonography technician (Czarina) were absolutely sweet and supportive, while being professional, talking me through the process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services.
