For a pediatric clinic the nurses should be more approachable and know how to talk to kids. Their approach is not appropriate for pediatric. For example to check the weight the nurse pointed the scale and did not communicate with the child. They should describe all the steps they are going through while taking the vitals and mentioning what’s next not showing signs. The doctor experience was good. The pharmacy was bad especially today in the 11/11/2025, the pharmacist had a medication that was out of stock and sent us to prime garhoud instead of ordering the medication and offering the delivery service. We went to prime garhoud and they said the pharmacist should proceed with delivery and the medication should me given from them not from prime garhoud. We went back to the pharmacy in Al Mizhar and the pharmacist said it will be delivered, still waiting nothing was delivered until now. Medication is important and should not be this delayed.

I observed the customer care counter staff today and was disappointed with their performance. Despite many people waiting for their turn and the staff were busy talking among themselves instead of attending to patients promptly. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for those waiting. In contrast the lady at the cash counter was very efficient. She handled her work quickly and professionally, wasting no time and ensuring smooth service. Her dedication is commendable and sets a good example for others. I strongly recommend that the customer care staff improve their attentiveness and sense of responsibility and need more professional staff there as patients deserve timely and respectful service.

Doc Sabeen has been taking care of me for years, and she is truly the best doctor. Dr. Rao was amazing with me. I came in with so much pain in my right eye from having scratched it the day before and she and her team were so efficient in identifying the the issue and treating it.When I began to panic because my eyesight was not so good, her colleague was so comforting and assured me that everything would be okay and when I went in to see Dr. Rao, she was so kind and explained everything so well and calmly and within an hour of my appointment my pain had been soothed and I had been given a treatment plan. Your doctor Dr Kavita is not open to prescribing HRT to perimenopausal patients. Despite being on this medication for 18 months, and experiencing uncomfortable symptoms without, she is still stuck in an outdated mindset about this medication. This tells me that your doctors do not keep up to date in their fields.
