I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. After several tests, my bloodworks show prediabetes and fatty liver to my diagnosis. She prescribed me Mounjaro. My body responded positively with the pen. Its a total lifestyle change for me, I now do OMAD and I found myself exercising hours before I break my fast, the quality of my sleep is amazing, my circadian rhythm changed, sleeping at 10pm and waking up well rested at 4.30 without the need for alarm, this is really a positively change from someone lethargic like me. From 101cm waistline to 93cm, 88kg to 78kg, only after a month. It is so amazing. Doctor Shayesteh is patient with my queries and will explain the process thoroughly. She is highly recommended.

I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.
