I would like to formally share my concern regarding my recent consultations with DR.EMAN ABOOMAR at Prime Healthcare Group, Ajman branch on 24/03/2026 During my initial visit, she prescribed medicine to take for seven days. I was instructed as well to undergo an eye scan at Prime Medical Hospital in Dubai and was told to return with the results. I followed this instruction and brought the report during my next visit. Despite its raining, I confirm via phone call that I will come. However, upon seeing me, the doctor immediately stated that she already had a copy of the report and proceeded to refer me to a specialist in the hospital back in Dubai. What concerned me most was that no proper consultation was conducted during this follow-up visit. There was no discussion of my condition, no review of the findings with me, and no inquiry about the medication that had been prescribed during my initial consultation—specifically whether it was effective or if I experienced any side effects. Despite the lack of consultation and engagement, I was still charged a consultation fee. This experience left me feeling that my care was not properly managed and that the visit did not provide the professional attention expected. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve patient care, ensure proper follow-up consultations, and maintain transparency in billing practices.

During my visit, I noticed that the clinic environment appeared unhygienic and not properly maintained. Some of the instruments and working area did not seem clean, which made me feel unsafe and concerned about the risk of infection. Cleanliness and proper sterilization are very important in dental procedures, and I was disappointed with the condition of the clinic at the time of my treatment. In addition, I found the doctor to be very unfriendly and unapproachable. My concerns and questions about the procedure were not properly explained, and I felt uncomfortable during the treatment. As a patient, I expected to receive professional, respectful, and clear communication, especially during a procedure as sensitive as a root canal.
