Following surgery, I continue my treatment under her supervision. I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.

Isited my London Skin clinic a DIFC. It was exceptionally clean, the staff very well trained, in ormed and welcoming, immediately make you feel at home. I mei with Doctor Sobia. She is smiling, incredibly positive, friendly, a super listener and qualified. I felt immediately so confident and comfortable as doctors Sobia understood my concerns, and I started the treatments after receiving a very detailed report. Dr. Sobia was with me during the whole process and continuously checking on me and making sure I was well taking care of during the IV drop procedures. No doubt the service of the clinic is excellent and they used high quality products.

Despite having a booked appointment , had to wait for 20 mins . And the Dr rushed us out of her cabin in 10 mins. We came from Sharjah all the way to see a female Indian pediatrician, and this is the service we got despite having a booked appointment. There was zero personal attention , rushed conversation, and unnecessary jumping to the conclusions without hearing the details of our child . I hope this service improves and the doctors gets trained to give personal care and attention to every parent and child. Thanks

All staff are very friendly and professional. Doctors are VERY busy and my doctor spared max 7 mins for me, she didn’t tell me anything-what to do or not to do- unless I’ve asked. Noone asked about my other conditions or if i am using any medicine etc. She said she would call me the same day after my blood test and xray results and noone called me. I’ve called the day after only finding out that the doctor is off.

I dont know why i paid for the consultation as this was a follow up. 1st time was 3mins with the doctor he gave medicine and some tests i cam saturday 8:40pm and next Saturday exact after 7 days i had follow up. He just asked how i feel and continue the medicine. When i asked what triggered the allergy he just said leave thst and follow the medication i paid twice for 5 mins and this advice.

She proposes times that need 24 hrs gap to proposing other times where I confirm within less than 60 seconds only for her to say that slot is taken !!! Worst experience ever . Took me an hour to book 2 slots with back n forth. And the slots she proposed after it was booked is gonna make me stuck in traffic for 2 hours at least
