My Journey with Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, Endocrinologist More than ten years ago, when I first met Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, I was in one of the toughest phases of my health journey. I weighed 107 kg, struggled with uncontrolled diabetes, and felt overwhelmed by how far things had slipped. Today, I look back with gratitude, because that first consultation with Dr. Kumar marked the beginning of a complete turnaround in my life. Under his guidance, my weight has come down to 99 kg—and more importantly, I’ve been able to maintain healthier habits and better control of my diabetes for over a decade. My HbA1c levels have stayed stable and improved consistently, something I once thought was impossible. Dr. Kumar’s approach has always been holistic: he didn’t just give prescriptions; he empowered me with knowledge. With his continuous support, his meticulous monitoring, and the right balance of medication, diet, and exercise, I learned how to take control of my health rather than let it control me. His reassurance and clear direction kept me on track even during difficult moments. What stands out most is his genuine care. Dr. Kumar didn’t just treat numbers—he treated me as a whole person. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I am healthier, more confident, and far more aware of how to manage my condition responsibly. My journey is still ongoing, but today I walk it with strength and hope—something I owe in large part to Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani.

Worst experience ever. I am never stepping into this hospital, also highly priced as compared to the prime medical centers. The endocrinologist appointments are forever full with no slots and what you are left with is walk in option. Today 19th Nov 2025, Wednesday after my office hours I walk in to see the doctor around 4:45p.m - 5p.m I registered and waited for my turn up until 7:30p.m and left the hospital premises at 8:30p.m I met the doctor for hardly 3 minutes for which I had to wait almost 4 hours. The nurse has some kind of attitude where in even if you ask how long there is no response. She definitely needs some training on listening and responding, also on being flexible. I am walk in, I understand but how is it fair waiting for 12 to 15 patients to finish their turn and then I am allowed to go?! Most clinics/hospitals send 1 walk in after 5 appointment patients, also when you are regular and the nurse knows it won't take so long. I have been asking doctor about why no weight loss in last 6 months while on mounjaro as compared to others, no response, no explanation. How am I supposed to know what's happening and the course of action, can't just keep taking injection. Basically I am just trying my luck if it works, it works. It's sad such a well known medical chain does not have an alternative or a back up for the endocrinologist while he is on leave, which is frequent and then no appointments are available.

Avoid this doctor if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. He rushed through the entire consultation and showed no genuine interest in understanding my injury. He dismissed my ACL issue outright, telling me to “just live with it,” and couldn’t provide a single timeline or treatment plan. He claimed my MRI was clear even though the written report highlighted problems - but he barely looked at the scans and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly. His explanations were inconsistent and confusing. One moment he said there was pain and tenderness around the meniscus, the next moment he insisted nothing was wrong. When I tried to ask questions, he snapped back with, “You want to know everything or what?” - an extremely unprofessional and condescending response to someone who has been in pain for six months. I walked out with zero clarity, no guidance, and more frustration than I came in with. If you're looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and actually cares about helping you recover, he is definitely not the person. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

When I have my annual check (Ultrasound) with my OB from Prime Reef Mall, we discovered that the fibroid which was seen last year has now increased in size (we also did MRI to check) which is supposed to be reducing as I am already in my menopause years. So she recommended me to Dr. Usha and I went to see her in Prime Burjuman. She suggested to do Laparoscopy Surgery with total Hysterectomy for Uterus with removal of tubes and ovaries. At first, I was skeptic due to the fact that I am not used to going to hospitals especially doing medical procedures but Dr. Usha assured me that everything is going to be fine. So, I did the procedure last November 2, 2025 at Prime Hospital in Garhoud and it was a success. I am happy I did it with Dr. Usha, she is the BEST GYNECOLOGIST for me. THANK YOU DR. USHA!

I arrived today for my follow-up appointment at 8 PM. Due to heavy traffic, I reached at 8:20 PM. The nurse asked me to register, so I went to the reception. When I went to Counter 3 (with no other patients waiting), the staff spoke to me very rudely in front of others, saying “Why you came here? I will call you.” When he called my number again, he refused to check my profile and spoke harshly, asking “Who are you?” and “Why are you 30 minutes late?” His tone and behaviour were completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. For a clinic like Prime, such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from staff is very disappointing. Management should address this immediately.

The Clinic has excellent facilities including a good building with underground parking, clean reception areas, adequate consultation and treatment rooms, modern equipments and an attached pharmacy. It also has a very good team of Experts/ Specialist doctors with all kind of major specializations that are supported by an efficient and well trained nursing team. They also have a good ticketing system to manage the appointments with doctors in a very professional and smooth manner so that nothing gets missed out. The clinic is very family friendly and also not very crowded so it makes the perfect family clinic..

Doctor kept talking and asking about off topic personal things and when we ask him about my newborn son's procedure he would be sarcastic and not give an answer. Unfortunately, the Doctor was not professional and did not welcome any questions ( we left without any clear idea). This unprofessional act made us change our mind and we decided to do the procedure somewhere else. We regret visiting, it felt like a waste of time.
