I recently visited Prime Medical Center, King Faisal Branch, for an emergency ENT consultation for my daughter, and I am truly grateful for the care we received. As soon as we reached the reception, the staff immediately understood the urgency and sent us to the doctor’s room without making us wait even for a minute. I really appreciate their quick response and kindness. The nurses were also very caring and attentive. They approached us right away and guided us quickly to the doctor’s chamber. We saw Dr. Quaid Zoher Hitawala, and he explained everything calmly and clearly the issue, the cause, and all the precautions to be taken. His gentle approach really reassured us. Had a horrid headache after my heart scan procedure in the morning. Later in the afternoon, a family member told me to drink as much water as possible after the procedure. None of the nurses told me this. I was told I will have a headache for 20 minutes! 2 nurses trued to find a suitable vein for the I.V. but only found one at my right wrist. It was so painful, I don't think I want a I.V. to be pokes into my wrist.

My token number was W112 and the token before me was called almost 25 minutes before. My entire family comes to this Clinic we had a very good experience unfortunately after this incident we have to look for options.
