I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

Despite the challenges, she managed to save my uterus and remove only the fibroids. Her expertise and calm approach gave me so much confidence. Dr. Usha Kiran is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. She explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything, which really helped ease my anxiety.
