⭐ تجربتي الشخصية مع الدكتور أكرم شماط – مستشفى الزليخة فرع الشارقة ⭐ أنا واحد من الناس اللي كانوا يعانوا من مشكلة الغازات وآلام البطن من زمان صراحة تعبت زرت مستشفيات كثيرة جربت أدوية كثيرة سويت تحاليل وفحوصات وما كان في أي نتيجة نفس المعاناة تتكرر كل يوم إلى أن قررت أراجع مستشفى الزليخة – فرع الشارقة ومن هنا بدأت الراحة الحقيقية دخلت على الدكتور أكرم شماط والله يا جماعة الرجل محترم فوق ما تتصورون سمعني للنهاية أخذ كل التفاصيل ما تجاهل ولا نقطة وتعامله كان راقي جدًا بعد ما شرح لي وضعي صرف لي علاج وأقسم بالله العظيم… من بعد ما استخدمته انتهت مشكلتي تمامًا لا غازات لا ألم لا مغص ولا شيء من اللي كان يعكنن عليّ يومي لسنين أنا فعلاً ممتن للدكتور أكرم ويستحق كل الشكر والتقدير وأحب أشكر مستشفى الزليخة – فرع الشارقة على وجود دكاترة محترمين ومتميزين مثل الدكتور أكرم اللي فعلاً يغيّرون حياة المريض للأفضل ⭐ نصيحتي: أي شخص عنده مشاكل هضم انتفاخ غازات أو آلام بطن بدون سبب واضح يروح للدكتور أكرم شماط بدون تردد نتيجته واضحة… وراحته من أول علاج بإذن الله

I observed the customer care counter staff today and was disappointed with their performance. Despite many people waiting for their turn and the staff were busy talking among themselves instead of attending to patients promptly. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for those waiting. In contrast the lady at the cash counter was very efficient. She handled her work quickly and professionally, wasting no time and ensuring smooth service. Her dedication is commendable and sets a good example for others. I strongly recommend that the customer care staff improve their attentiveness and sense of responsibility and need more professional staff there as patients deserve timely and respectful service.

I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.

The female receptionist (i didnt get her name) she is Arabic, was very kind and assisted with a smile, somwthing i didnt expereince with other branches, she is a great asset. The gentleman as well who was on shift with her was very professi8nal and helpful. I had a small confusiin with my insurance but both werw hekpful and accomodating.

Appointment with Urologist was at 20h20. I was there 5 minutes earlier, registration process took a while (which is "okay" given that it always takes time in this country compared to Germany for example ;-) Staff was friendly and doctor as well. He explained everything in easy words and took time for the patient which I appreciated.

It’s horrible, the doctor was rude and couldn’t even talk in a nice way aside from he has a heavy indian accent, then he blame the patient for not understanding him. It’s taking a long time for him to use the computer, he’s old and not efficient, you can be old but gold in a way, but definitely he was not that kind.
