I have just underwent a LEEP procedure under Dra. Usha’s care. I was really scared after she told me that it is a protocol since I’ve never had a surgery before in my whole life. But Dra. Usha enlightened me of the whole procedure and had calm me before the procedure will be done. I know how Dra. Usha can be really busy because she is the most sought after OB gyne (I would know because she is always fully booked whenever I need to schedule my appointment with her which means she is the best and top OB gyne in her field) but despite her busy schedule she would always make it a point to reach out to you whenever you have questions. Dra. Usha will make you understand every detail that you need to know. I have been with Dra. Usha for many years now because of the way she cares for me truly and she always make me feel so at ease everytime I would visit her. Her skill and expertise is exceptional. I observed the customer care counter staff today and was disappointed with their performance. Despite many people waiting for their turn and the staff were busy talking among themselves instead of attending to patients promptly. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for those waiting. In contrast the lady at the cash counter was very efficient. She handled her work quickly and professionally, wasting no time and ensuring smooth service. Her dedication is commendable and sets a good example for others. I strongly recommend that the customer care staff improve their attentiveness and sense of responsibility and need more professional staff there as patients deserve timely and respectful service.

The female receptionist (i didnt get her name) she is Arabic, was very kind and assisted with a smile, somwthing i didnt expereince with other branches, she is a great asset. The gentleman as well who was on shift with her was very professi8nal and helpful. I had a small confusiin with my insurance but both werw hekpful and accomodating.
