I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.

The female receptionist (i didnt get her name) she is Arabic, was very kind and assisted with a smile, somwthing i didnt expereince with other branches, she is a great asset. Very bad experience this time than before. Dr. Reema Shuja was very rude. As a doctor, should be polite with the patient, but she was very rude and arguing about previous sickness. We can understand the work pressure and home responsibilities can cause our mood tough but at duty we shouldn't apply on others.
