Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Writing this with a heart full of gratitude. From day one of my pregnancy, Dr. Aida Al Khatib has been nothing short of exceptional. She didn’t just listen — she truly heard me. Every concern, every fear, every tiny symptom… she took it all seriously. Tracked my progress. Tracked my baby’s progress. Calmed me when I spiraled. Reassured me when Google tried to scare me. And considering this was a high-risk pregnancy (gestational diabetes + high blood pressure + third C-section after a long gap), her care meant everything to me. She made sure I followed every precaution, every step, every check. Never rushed me. Never dismissed me. Always present. Always kind. I was TERRIFIED going into my third C-section. High risk. Long gap. So many what-ifs in my head. But Dr. Aida handled everything with such confidence, calm, and precision that it felt… safe. Controlled. Professional. Reassuring. Now, 10 days postpartum — Alhamdulillah — I feel like I’m already back on my feet. Energised. Strong. Almost like nothing even happened. That’s how clean, smooth, and well-managed everything was. Also a huge thank you to her wonderful assistant, Nurse Sheeja — the quiet superhero behind the scenes. Making sure all documents were ready, appointments smooth, and pregnant women (who already have zero patience left 😅) don’t have to wait long. If you’re pregnant and reading this — Dr. Aida is your person. Your safe space. Your calm in chaos. Your best decision during this beautiful yet overwhelming phase. I 100/100 recommend her. Truly. Forever grateful 🤍

Dr. Maria Sagun is my Physician for at least 5 years and during this period she has consistent shown true and sincere care to her patient. Her support staff have also consistently shown patient care and very accommodative. My emergency case (severe or acute allergy due to food allergy) yesterday provides as one of the strong dedication and passion of Dr. Maria Sagun on helping and ensuring her patient received an utmost care and appropriate medical steps. Thank you very much Dr. Maria and staff for unwavering care and demonstrations of utmost service to your patients. This is main reason, although I am currently residing in Abu Dhabi, I am willing travel for hours, as I am sure that I will receive the proper medical care and advise.

While the staff were helpful and professional, my experience with the GP, Dr. Nilesh Trivedi, was disappointing. This is the second time I have had a similar experience with him. He appeared disinterested and unengaged, and his responses were vague and very close ended. I repeatedly had to ask the same questions to get any clarity, which left me feeling confused and unheard rather than reassured. As a patient, I expect clear communication and attentiveness, especially during a medical consultation. Unfortunately, this was lacking, and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback honestly, as it has now happened more than once.

I’m having laser pigment removal on my eyebrows at this clinic and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Ana, the professional who’s treating me, is absolutely amazing — very skilled, kind, and attentive. She always does everything possible to minimize discomfort during the procedure, which makes a huge difference. The entire team at the clinic is professional and friendly, and the environment is welcoming and reassuring. I’m already very happy with the results so far, and I trust them completely. Because of this great experience, I’m definitely interested in doing other procedures at the clinic as well. Highly recommended!

After seeing the blood test results , doctor informed its mild infection whereas my son developed fever and ear pain. Cough increased. When I call the doctor through call center, Doctor informed me directly that he will prescribe Anti biotic since the fever and ear pain persists. But he didn't prescribe and I was not informed also. One day before only Doctor should have prescribed Anti biotic. We visited another doctor and got it. And my son couldn't attend school for 4 days and he was crying over ear pain. That gave us trouble.

Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.
