Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

My poor eyesight started last 2015 and my eye grade keep changing Every year due too my line of work. Being an Accountant with poor eyesight was quite a struggle even though we have eyeglasses to wear. Aside from that, living in Gulf country with high humidity is tough too wear glasses too. Until finally, I have seen one of my friends did an eye surgery here in Lerc and it was all good. So, I have decided to take the risk and did my eye Lasik last Nov. 2021. By GOD'S Grace I got back my 20/20 vision again after 10mins. Thank you to Doc. Ahmed Sawaf and your team for being an instrument to my eyeglasses free life.

The wait time is very bad maybe there needs to be more staff to attend or there must be a faster system to speed up appt confirmation, payments and the pharmacy. On an average a customer spends approx 2-3 hrs for a general visit check up right from registration to pharmacy

Very pathetic overall experience. I visited yesterday evening with severe body illness and became of the irresponsible behaviour by nursing and reception staff I have to bear it for two days. Dr suggested a blood test which we were ready to perform yesterday itself by paying cash however the staff were hurrying up to close and go home,they forced us to perform it next day morning. Now they says the results would be out by evening or might take an extra day.so literally the prescribed medicine could be taken after 2 days of delay. Which would have been avoided if the nursing and reception staff behaved responsibly. No professionalism or humanitarian consideration from the receptionist as well. Let me tell this that the doctors were really good and helpful.
