She had all her medical records from her home country, and there was a note from her previous doctor recommending further medical examination. Doctor Prunel was very professional and patient with me! He took the time to explain why i was referred to do this surgery and why it would be important for me. He also explained every part of the surgery process. Even on the day of surgery he was asking about how I was feeling and reassured me all the way. The doctor was asking about my recovery all the time until I was better. So for me I was really exceptional to have that trust and care from a doctor.
