His dedication to continuous learning led him to achieve the ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) examination certificate in September 2019. Furthermore, he obtained MRCP-SCE Medical Oncology (UK) in September 2021, a prestigious degree awarded by the Royal College of Physicians in the UK.
Dr. Jacob is well-versed in managing various medical procedures, including Lumbar Puncture, Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy, Liver and Renal Biopsy, Pleural & Ascitic Aspiration, Central Venous Line Implantation, Endotracheal Intubation, Mechanical Ventilation, and Dialysis Catheter Insertion.
Before joining Zulekha Hospital, Dr. Jacob held the position of Consultant Medical Oncologist at the American Oncology Institute for two years in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and an additional four months in Calicut, Kerala. He also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Bangalore for nearly two years

Dr. Roshan is a kind and humble doctor who is very attentive to his patients. I recently visited him with my mother-in-law for her medical check-up. She had all her medical records from her home country, and there was a note from her previous doctor recommending further medical examination. Dr. Roshan examined her thoroughly and explained everything in detail, including the proper medications. He even helped us to get the medicines for her. We highly recommend him for his professionalism and excellent service. Thank you so much.

He is patiently waiting for us as our appointment is 7pm and we reach hospital 730pm from Dubai during my son consultation. He explained in detailed about my son lymph nodes behind the ears and both sides of the neck. I informed that we missed 630 p.m. appointment to hematologist which is not requiring he said instead Doctor recommends a dermatologist for my son rashes on the forehead and head on the same time. I am very thankful as he helps us a lot in spite of our travel time from Dubai to Sharjah (including the traffic).

We were really scared about the cancer cell growth, but Dr. Roshan was very kind and professional. He briefed us on step by step of the treatment procedure. The correlation of doxorubicin related cardiotoxicity with B-type natriuretic peptide levels in South Indian population
Anthracyclines represent the greatest risk for development of cardiotoxicity. Cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines may develop during the treatment (acute cardiotoxicity) and during the follow-up (chronic and late cardiotoxicity). Natriuretic peptides - Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP), B-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) and N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-pro-BNP) are released by myocardium in response to wall strain and pressure overload. Aim of this study was to observe correlation of NT-pro-BNP levels with cardiotoxicity in patients receiving doxorubicin.
