Dr Timothy Sullivan

Dr Timothy Sullivan is a highly distinguished Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a primary focus on adult and paediatric eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital diseases, he is dedicated to delivering advanced clinical and surgical solutions. Dr Sullivan combines his extensive clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, ensuring that each patient receives a tailored treatment plan designed to achieve the best possible functional and aesthetic outcomes.

Dr Sullivan obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and completed his specialist Ophthalmology training in 1988. He subsequently undertook prestigious subspecialty fellowship training in oculoplastics, eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital disease at a world-renowned eye hospital in London, followed by a fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology at a leading children's hospital in Toronto. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO), a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), and a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth). Additionally, Dr Sullivan is a former President of both the Australian and New Zealand Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery and the Asia-Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and he remains an active member of several international scientific societies.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Sullivan is a Professor of Ophthalmology, actively contributing to the education of Medical Students, Registrars, and Fellows.
